Red and blue. At first, they're just two colours, but if you start to look beyond that, you'll see a whole another universe. One filled with emotions, relationships and much more. Like two colours blending, there are no definite beginnings or ends to most relationships. We can try to add dates and timestamps and say that 'our bond started then' or 'it fell to ruins then', but we, in our subconscious mind and heart would have started it much before or would have mentally walked out the door, in other situations, never would have ended it. On the topic of new bonds and heartbreaks, the emotions that these colours portray; blue sorrow and red anger. The two emotions come as a pair most of the time, they are like a cake and baking soda; the baking soda isn't always prominent in the cake but is almost always present. Like that, sorrow and anger reside hand in hand with each other to the person felling the emotions or to the person experiencing the backlash of it, it may be painful but the concept in itself is beautiful, it, in its way, resembles friends or lovers or family, almost always there to support the other and keep the fire going.

To me, for some reason, red has meant passion and desire and blue has meant calm, elegant but strong. It's like fire and ice. Both are polar opposites but they also are a bit identical, for example, fire burns but ice also burns. Heat dries but the cold also dries. This is kind of how passion, desire, clam, elegance and strength are for me.

For a simpler summary of all of the above, I will look at it in its literal way. Blue mixing with red. The end product of this colour mixing is purple, a very beautiful and balanced colour. Purple is one of the few colours which lie in the exact centre of warm and cool tones.

Beautiful, isn't it? How something so simple at first sight can be so intricately layered with depth?
