Karma took off his shoes, to muffle the sound of his footsteps. He felt the soft crumbly sand under his toes. He looked up at his mother and father. Then he looked around, trying to remember where they where going.
He then spotted a waterfall. Oh, they where going to have a conversation, Right. Karma put his shoes back on, walking towards his parents, asking to be lifted up. Karma's father put his son in his Jacket, looking down at the waterfall. They where behind the waterfall, the monsters couldn't get them.
Karma pulled on his beanie, so it covered his head. He messed with the drawstring of his grey hoodie. "Hey Karma?" HIs mother asked, earning her sons attention. "You look a lot like your father." Karma smiled widely.
"What are the monsters like?" His father felt the vibrations of Karma's voice. He cleared his throat. "Ze monstars attack on sound, so if you very silent, you survive." Karma's father made out the words, and Karma nodded.
Now was not the time to be thinking about that memory. Karma stood in front of his father, torn to shreds. He was now a pile of blood. His mother was gored in the gut, and Karma covered his mouth, facing the monster.
It had strawberry blonde hair, ripped tan pants, and and unbuttoned white T-shirt on. A black visor covered it's eyes. The monster scooped Karma up gently. A deep voice came from it's vocal chords.
"I'm Shuu. I'm a nice monster, I'm not the one who murdered your parents. That was my father, who I hate." Karma didn't sense any lies from the monster, but he couldn't trust him yet. The monster carried him into a cage, Walking on all fours, knees bent at a 90 degree angle in the air.
One long arm cradled Karma close, careful not to drop the 13-year-old boy. He was met with a blue-headed monster, and a green haired girl on his back. the blue one was slightly smaller than Shuu, but still had the long arms and fingers, walking on his knuckles. The blue headed one looked towards Gakushuu, to smile widely.
"Hello, I'm a nice monster too. Ask Kayano for proof, she's been with us for a year. I'm Nagisa, by the way." Nagisa said, revealing a light blue visor this time. "It's true! I've searched with Nagisa for a year, trying to find humans who lost their loved ones. I sure did." The girl said.
