TAYLOR
present'I chose the quote: "Which do you mean?" and turning round, he looked for a moment at Elizabeth, till catching her eye, he withdrew his own and coldly said, "She is tolerable; but not handsome enough to tempt me; and I am in no humour at present to give consequence to young ladies who are slighted by other men. You had better return to your partner and enjoy her smiles, for you are wasting your time with me." These words describe Darcy's reaction at the Meryton ball in Chapter 3 to Bingley's suggestion that he dance with Elizabeth. Darcy, who sees the people of Meryton as his social inferiors, haughtily refuses to condescend to dancing with someone "not handsome enough" for him. Moreover, he does so within range of Elizabeth, thereby establishing a reputation among the entire community for pride and bad manners. His sense of social superiority, artfully exposed in this passing comment, later proves his chief difficulty in admitting his love for Elizabeth. The rudeness with which Darcy treats Elizabeth creates a negative impression of him in her mind, one that will linger for nearly half of the novel, until the underlying nobility of his character is gradually revealed to her.'
DONE.
"My hand are in fucking agony." I say in a quite tone to Iris whilst I kick her right foot that hangs over her left leg trying to get her attention and shaking the pins and needles in my hand.
Buzz, Buzz
Walking down the second row watching everyone go down the stairs in the first row and hand Mr Alcock there paper that we ripped out our books so he could mark it in time for tomorrow.
Putting down my paper offering Mr Alcock a smile.
"I didn't finish but I tried my best, sorry." I hear Iris say as I wait outside the door for her. She doesn't really finish much of her work but teacher don't tell her off because of it due to her being severely dyslexic, and it not her fault. She can't help it.
"How did that go for you?" I approach Iris with a question as she leave the class.
She shrugs lifting up her shoulders, not giving me any eye contact and focusing her gaze to the floor. Still walking at my side though.
"Alrighttt...?" I say with an unsure tone. "Well I am going to the vending machine, see you at the room." I say leaving her side, going down the other hall that's on the right as she still continues going straight.
Walking down the hall seeing that the PR vending machine has got a long line going from the machine to dorm PR9.
Going past the teachers dorms and taking a left and then another left then a right, seeing the sign saying 'PS dorms.' Seeing the vending machine with only two people, walking closer and closer one of there faces looking more familiar as I get closer.
Jude Dyer.
Anddd........ who was that?
Ohhhhh the new boy
"Heyy Tay, how's it?" I hear Jude speak up from the new boys side with is strong South African accent piercing my ears as the boy bends down to get his soda that has just come out the vending machine. "Hey who's this? I have heard of you." I ask looking into his coconut coloured eyes with the brims of his eyes circled in green. "Triston Haynes. Nice to meet you" Triston says talking up to answer the question.
"Taylor Willis" I answer with a smile printed on my face.Looking at how nervous he is and shy with his brunette hair that cover his hole four head and the way the back and the sides have clearly not been cut in ages at how long it is that it drops over his ears. Wearing a The North Face rain jacket even though it's not raining that is dipped up but I could see he was wearing a red hoodie due to the hood was over the hood of his jacket and in dark blue cargo pants that covers half of his cream Jordan's at how baggy they where.
"Aways" I but in talking over the silence as everyone looks around like there is something so interesting around us.
There is no one else around it's it's just us.
"Wanna come to mine and Iris dorm we have the good stuff" I whisper looking from Triston to Jude with a smile. "Errrr" they both say at the same time.
"Great see you now, you know where my room is" I say turning around with my hair whipping me back in the face.
Completely forgot about what I was wanting to get at the vending machine. I can't even remember.
Triston Haynes.
The way that name sounds so clean but get so..... so like.... Like I know that name. but not from recently maybe from the past. Just like there was something I needed to remember. About that name, about that boy.
