The Dance Part 1

Sadie's POV
" Ugh where is it?!? " I grumbled, annoyed. I was trying to find my rosey pink lipstick, but so far I had no luck! I wasn't really that crazy about makeup so all I put on was mascara and well I WAS going to put on lipstick if I found the stupid colour!

Then something clicked in my head and I remembered where I put it. It was in the bathroom in one of the cabnits. I searched through the cabnits until I found what I was looking for. I looked in the mirror and applied the soft baby pink colour to my lips. I smiled then rushed back to my room.

I grabbed my white clutch, slipped on my white heels, stood back and looked in my floor length mirror. My dress was light blue that was a little on the shorter side...... It had ruffles on the bottom. And on the top neckline was some rinestone detailing. My hair was left out and curled. My makeup was simple, some mascara and lipstick. I was wearing a silver neckalce with an S pendant and then diamond stud earings that my grandma bought me for my 13th birthday.

My phone pinged, it was from Leo!

Leo99: Hey, are you ready?
SadieAngelo: Yup!
Leo99: Okay I'm about to leave I'll be at your house in a few minutes
SadieAngelo: Okay bye

I knew this whole time that I was going with Leo, but it was just now that I realized I was going with LEO! The guy I was head over heels for! My heart skipped a beat. I through my mascara, lipstick, some money, and my phone into my clutch and then walked out of my room. I slowly made my way down the stairs and into the living room where my parents were.

" Oh my goodness! Sadie honey you look beautiful! " my mom said as she stared in awe.

" You look beautiful " my dad said while smiling.

" Wow you grow up so fast. Before you used to wear such long dresses and now your wearing something so short " my dad added.

" Honey! " my mom scolded. My dad chuckled.

" I'm only teasing! But no going shorter then that " dad said. I rolled my eyes then laughed.

" Yes dad. I wouldn't even want to go any shorter this plenty short " I said confidently holding my head up high.

" You look stunning Sadie " mom admired.

" Thank you! " I said cheerfully.

Just then the door bell rang and I swear my heart stopped beating for a second!

" That must be your date " dad said then started to get up.

" No-no it's fine dad I'll get it " I said nervously and then headed towards the door.

I took a deep breath and opened the door. Standing infront of me was Leo in all basically black. He was wearing a black suit with a white shirt underneith and a thin black tie on top. He looked really cute. I felt myself blush. I quickly looked down.

" H-hi Leo " I studdered. Crap! I bite my toung.

" Hey! Should we get going? " he said. I nodded.

My mom came to the door and smiled

" Ahhh you must Leo. It's a pleasure to meet you! " mom greeted.

" No no the pleasures all mine Mrs.Angelo " Leo said then stuck his hand out. Mom looked impressed, she shook his hand.

" So when will you guys be back? " mom asked.

" 11 " I answered.

" Alright, well you guys have fun! Bye! " mom exclaimed then closed the door behind us.
