Meeting The vampire

World 1-6

Y/N's POV

Why is this forest filled with so many monsters? If it weren't for Wolfy, I would have been killed multiple times.

After emerging from the deep part of the forest, we headed off on the only path that we could go and got ambushed by a few evil ghosts that didn't take much to take them down. We headed up to a dead end with a bunch of spike blocks and, thankfully, a blue ghost standing near them.

Ghost: "Oh? Oh my god!? Finally someone willing to speak to me! So freaking happy to meet you."

His excitement kinda made me sweatdrop. I have never seen anyone so happy to talk to me before and it is kinda overwhelming.

Y/N: "I'm glad to speak with you but can you calm down a bit please?"

Ghost: "Haha right... forgive me for the overreaction. But you got to understand. Everyone screams 'it's a ghost!' and run away the moment they see me. I guess you can say I'm a bit scary.

I feel bad for him so I can see his happiness now.

Ghost: "But ghosts? Come on. I'm the exact opposite of ghosts."

I became very confused about what he meant by that and even Wolfy looked confused.

Ghost: "See how energetic I am? I can dodge the spike traps without looking!

Before I could say anything, He jumped on the spikes and kept doing that until he got to the end and then posed.

Ghost: "Haha, see? I think I'm getting more and more energetic every day."

He then proceeded to walk through the spike traps, making me more confused at his previous statement but hid it so he didn't see it.

Ghost: "How dare they call me a ghost! That really breaks my heart! I even started FB to connect with young people. I'm sure you have an account too?"

Y/N: "Yes I do. Let's be friends!"

He sent me a friend request and I accept it

Ghost: "I didn't expect to make a new friend out in the forest. I guess good friends come naturally." he said

Y/N: "That they do my friend, that they do but you can find friends in the most unexpected of places and situations." I told him, giving him a smile

I told him goodbye before heading back and going to the right and found an energy rifle on the ground and putting it in my bag and grabbing more of the coins nearby and headed down into more enemies. They all were defeated by Wolfy and me and we continued to the right and spotted another one of those healing towers and a couple of coins and headed up where I see Cecil playing her guitar and singing to her little group. I decided to stick around a bit and listen to her. I closed my eyes and nod my head to her singing. When I opened my eyes, I see her looking at me. I waved at her and gave her a smile before going on my way, going down and seeing a stone coffin with grass covering it. I destroyed all the grass around the coffin and saw a ghost come into view.

Ghost:" Did you mow the grass around my grave?" he asked

I nodded at him

The ghost smiled at me

Ghost: "Thank you very much! Now, I can finally rest in peace. Take this as a token of my gratitude." he said

He gave me a shiny cube that I put in my bag and said thank you before going up and passing Cecil again. I opened the path that blocked my way and went up the path and read the sign

Sign: 'warning: Vampire on the loose! Be careful.'

I walked past the sign, making sure to remember the warning before getting scared by a girl suddenly coming out of the trees (The trees are speaking)
