Chapter-11:A day in Student council

Kirari POV
Yumeko Jabami and Varun Roy...
They are the calamity in the little aquarium I have created. They have both managed to change the laws I have implemented within the school.
The survival of the fittest...The most exciting thing is, however...none of them are driven by money or worldly pleasures.
They live in their own madness, which is determined by ordinary humans.
They both intrigue me very much...Especially my childhood sweetheart Varun.
He has changed into a whole another level than I have imagined He never fails when it comes to gambling.
I believe I have lost to one man...And that is him. Oh! How could I forget such a exciting gambling I have ever had with him.
There are certain experiences in life I wish to experience again.....Not to change the events....but to experience them again.
When Varun was with me, I had not known about his value until he disappeared.
When he did, I am suffering from boredom and boredom, lacking of any possible opponents who could defeat me again.
When I come to know, that Varun has transferred into this school. I have prepared a plan to meet and reintroduce myself for a second time.
But Alas! Varun ruined that, being the unpredictable human he is. Calling him human might be an understatement. But I know Varun's true nature.
Varun is far more apathetic, self-obssessed, cunning, and manipulative than I was. No one has caught him. No one knows the other side of him.
On the side, where lives a monster full of luck and greed, devouring everything that it sets its eyes on.

Kirari began to fantasize 'claiming Varun'

"ACHOO!" Varun sneezed.
"Someone is looking at me like some sort of candy," Varun said with an innocent expression on his face.
"I won't be surprised if anyone did. After all with that childish expression of yours, you will turn any crazy girls at the academy " Mary smirked.
"Am I turning you on then? " Varun replied.
"No...I am n-not a crazy girl " Mary said with a visible blush on her face.
"Why are you blushing? It's a simple statement " Varun said.
"Are you dense or what...Or are you doing this on purpose? " Mary said.
"Is that a confession, I hear? " Varun said with a huge smile on his face. He is finally trapped here.
"NO...I get it...You are a player " Mary told him with irritation and left the classroom with a heavy blush on her face.
She is getting more and more attracted to Varun as much as she talks to him. She is in denial about her crush on Varun.
"Yeah, I am a good video game player...I challenge on switch " Varun said playing dense on purpose.
Mary clearly knows he is bluffing and he exactly knows about her certain crush on him.
"They are totally cute. I ship them " Yumeko said with a happy expression on her face.
"Yumeko " Ryota scolded her.
"I love both of you equally, Yumeko," Varun told her.
"Oh! You are forming a harem, then count me in " Yumeko said without much effort on her side.
"Yumeko are you crazy? Do you what that even means " Ryota couldn't believe the shit that is happening.
Only Yumeko can pull such kind of move....which can result in Ryota getting a heart attack due to his delicate mind.
"Oh, Ryota. I know what that means, And I am totally ok with it, as long as I can gamble " Yumeko said being herself.
"Yumeko " Ryota and Varun both said in synchronization.
"I still don't believe you choose that, are you out of your mind," Varun said being the hypocritical guy he is. He is the last person who should question about sanity.
Varun left to meet Yumemi.
<Meanwhile at the student council>
Sayaka POV
The student council isn't united as it was. I must plot to increase their power for madam president.
Some members just want to protect themselves. Like Yuriko Nishinotouin
Some pursue pleasure. Like Midari Ikishima.
Some are inscrutable. Like Runa Mochizaki.
The only thing that ties us together is our power as student council...Derived from the authority of the president.
But the appearance of Varun Sharma is changing all of that.
Not only did he defeat one of our members...But he wrapped one of them under his finger. I can sense he is plotting to overthrow our power as student council. That must be it!
"It has a been week Since Ikishima embarrassed herself " Kaded stated seriously. He is known for being hard on mistakes. He demands perfection in every action. There is also rumors suggesting that he wants to become the next president. But I need to trust my council members
"And the student council president is remaining silent....I don't approve any of it longer " Kaede stated bluntly.
"Why? " Kaede asked me.
"I haven't been told, " I told him what I was thinking.
"Seriously, I am sure that Kirari told you some sort of plan or something, " Runa said while smashing her buttons on her switch.
"So I suppose we must discuss what to do with Varun Sharma before he could succeed in whatever scheme he is planning" Kaede stated while fixing his glasses.
Yuriko's expression turned into a painful one. I wonder what happened. Did she lose a gamble against Varun?
And why is Midari looking at her phone so obsessed and with a happy smile on her face? And why are Varun's pictures on them? Did she become a traitor?
"The rumors are quickly spreading over the school. and our reputation is in the gutter " Kaede scowled.
"It's pathetic. What makes you think you can even come here? " Kaede said angrily looking at Midari while Yuriko bows her head in shame...Strange why did she feel shameful? She didn't lose to Varun...Right?
Right?
Either way. " Kaede It's inappropriate to speak to a third-year student that way. " I scolded him.
Kaede put a hand against the wall beside me. " The concept of 'inappropriate' doesn't exist in our school " Kaded stated.
"You are the closest to the president. Surely you should understand it better than anyone " Kaede stated.
"Maybe you should try your luck against Lord Varun " Midari interrupted while licking her lips.
"Why should I bother about some sort of delinquent in the school " Kaede didn't even bother to be interested in that idea.
"He got guts...And he can do whatever he can, with his divine grace with him. He deserves the world with him " Midari said.
"And more than that, those eyes of him.....Aaah~" Midari moaned.
"Even thinking of that feels me so wet in my underwear " Midari claimed.
"....." Everyone, even Kirari is stunned by this. Meanwhile, Midari began to fantasize about her makeout with Varun.
"Excuse me, Midari we are still middle of our meeting " Sayaka tried to return Midari to the real world.
"It's not worth listening to ramblings of a pervert " Kaede stated with disgust.
"Midari's appraisal of Varun isn't wrong. He is indeed a hothead...but that's what makes him terrifying. We can't predict him, and his motives are different from ordinary people. " Yuriko said with painful expression on her face.
"If he challenges the president to a gambling match...Depending upon what game is choos- " Yuriko said with a terrified expression.
"Then The President becomes a housepet. It's the same for anyone, if they lose....And I think Varun most probably can do it " Runa said with a terrifying and statistical smile on her face.
I WILL NOT ALLOW THAT.

And why Runa is so attached to Varun. What does she see in him?
The Presiden, Midari, and Runa are all obsessed with Varun...WHY?
