𝔅𝔶: 𝔅. 𝔊𝔬𝔬𝔰𝔢

A/N:lots of these are very personal. I love going back and rereading any old work i've done to cringe at it, I had a story I was gonna include and then I read two sentences and- no, just no.

TW:none for this

???? (NO TITLE)

With a jerk of his head,

Easier done than said,

At the opposite bed,

My best friend lay dead,

I'm seein' red,

Scalpel to the head,

My rage has just been fed,

Lamb to the slaughter he was led,

Now i must run away,

No words left to say,

Or opinions to sway,

I'm okay,

But all on my own,

Feels so alone,

No one to call my home,

Trapped in my own dome,

Told them to hurry,

Dr says, "son don't worry",

My memories are blurry,

Head filled with fury,

Leave it up to the jury,

No more friends to bury,

Or mothers to worry,

Did it all for the glory,

Got a little bit gory,

That's the end of the story,

Nothing left for me,

Couldn't save him,

Patience runnin' thin,

Treat him like a sin,

He was basically my twin,

Got a story for the ages,

Book for the pages,

Killer for the wages,

Lover of the paychecks,

Couldn't see his face,

I was setting the pace,

Not even a trace,

Of that thing you call grace,

I swung the ax,

Helpless to their attacks,

No one's got my back,

Now i must replay the track,

Started with a drink,

He began to think,

She was dressed in pink,

Night ended with a wink,

Two of them went out,

He began to shout,

He did it for the clout,

There could be no doubt,

Rushed into the street,

Not missing a beat,

She staggered to her feet,

Turns to me,

"Why didn't you stop him",

He turns to me with a grin,

Says, "look at me winnin'",

Got nothing but feelin',

Sprint away i'm running,

my heart is pounding,

Couldn't stop the beating,

Couldn't stop the bleeding.

FRIENDS

For a friend i'll bear,

All their despair,

Though it isn't fair,

But friendship is rare,

Some is fake,

Too much to take,

A manufacturer,

She is so clever,

I try to explain,

To numb the pain,

And erase the dark,

on my heart a skidmark,

I beg for kindness,

A little more forgiveness,

I hate her apology,

So stiff it was military,

I turn my gaze,

To find the ways,

To mend my shattered heart,

This I do impart,

"True friends share the burden,

No matter how caved in,

They take a hit,

You take one too,

That's how you know,

Your friends are true."

A/N: hope you enjoyed it! Looking back on it these certainly aren't my best work but i gave it a try and thats what counts!
