Your POV
It was a week after the race with Cherry and for some reason you couldn't get that red head out of your mind.
Is he a good skater? What was he thinking about? Is his hair dyed?
You were snapped out of your thoughts when you saw the familiar shop.
A friend recommend this shop for skate stuff so you went to check it out.
As you walked in you noticed someone you'd never thought you'd see.
It was the ginger
The two of you locked eye contact and just stared not saying a word
"Reki do you know them?" A brown haired guy said, interrupting the silence
"Uh yeah I guess" The redhead said standing up with some boxes
"What can I do for you?" The older one said
"Just looking" you replied as you examined the shop and payed for the things you needed
As you were walking out you noticed the red head was talking to a blued haired boy 'how did he slip passed me?' You thought
You saw as the blue haired boy tried going onto the board but fell instantly while the red one laughed at the fail
You chuckled at this thinking about how they'd make a cute pair
You're gaze moved from the red and blue kids to a window with a figure you recognized almost instantly
His gaze also fell on yours as you smiled at him
He just nodded and walked away
Your smile dropped and you looked back at the two and noticed to red guy side glancing you
"Hey you." He spoke up, his full attention now on you and so with the blue haired boy
"Hi." You said back with the same tone
"Don't just one word me" He pouted and crossed his arms 'whys his face like that' you wondered
"Sorry?" You look at his weirdly, those same questions going through your head "you good?" He suddenly asked "yeah"
"So are you friends with Cherry?" He urged "I guess? Also who are you?" You interrogated
"Reki Kyan, this is Langa. You?" He replied "L/n Y/n" you answered
"Sooo uh you going to S tonight?" He awkwardly started again "Yeah I guess.. wait aren't you supposed to be working?" You realized
"I took my brea-" he started but got cut off by the bluenette "what's the pay?" He asked..or more demanded
"WHA-" Reki tried to say but was cut off once again.
"We're hiring!" The manager spoke with his hand on langa's shoulder.
"NOW COME ON" Reki whined, finally being able to finish a sentence.
A/N
I know karou wouldn't be that dumb to meet someone with barely any questions in the first chapter but I'm lazy.
And sorry the chapter is so short I rushed it since I forgot the book existed.
