(Hope you enjoy this, the two scenes were written short so I put them together)
James finally gets a break from his family after moving into his new dorm room, with a roommate he hasn't met yet. Sitting anxiously, hoping for a good roommate he looks out the window to see a really hot guy talking with some girls. The next thing he knows that hot guy comes in, and James jumps up to greet him.
"So you are Lance," James says politely, while in his mind he's freaking out.
"THIS is my roommate?! Oh my god, I'm so lucky." He screams in his head.
"And you must be my roommate." Lance greets, having the complete opposite of thoughts.
"Ugh... I got one of those nerdy guys as my roommate. At least he's good-looking."
Awkwardly trying to make conversation James shows Lance his side of the room, and thinking it's a good opportunity to get to know this hot roommate, he asks him if he'd like to get food.
"Actually, yeah I do. See you later!" Lance says while leaving the room without him.
"Oh uh yeah, okay. I uh- have work to do anyways so it's fine.." James said in a dejected tone.

James was just sitting in the library working on the computer in there when Lance and his friends come by, and Lance sits down right next to James. He explains to him the plan to get them all to pass,
"But how are you going to learn then?" James asks. Lance's friend Rob takes the opportunity to laugh at James for that,
"'How are we going to learn' We don't want to learn!" He says still laughing at James, Lance clearly not into it.
"I want to learn." One of the other guys in the group says.
"See? He wants to learn." James points out as if the other guy didn't just say that.
"Do you understand or not." He said seriously.
"But he s-"
"Do you understand it or not?"
"He sounds so hot talking like that..." James's pants start to tighten from these thoughts. ̶g̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶ ̶s̶u̶s̶s̶y̶
"Uh oh"
"Yes, I understand," James says in defeat.
"Good. Now we have to go, so we'll talk soon, take care cutie." Lance says with a little flirting at the end. James smiles but tries to hide it and watches lance as he walks away. As soon as Lance and his pals go downstairs he rushes to the bathroom to deal with his problem. 😉
