You know there are a lot worse ways to wake up I mean you could literally fall out a window, have a man standing over you or several other things but I think waking up choking is probably the worst way to wake up especially when you're currently being hanged.

I don't even know how the hell I got here all I know is that I went to sleep after reading a few fanfictions and I wake up currently being hanged in front of a crowd. And the bad thing is this seems hella familiar out of the corner of my eye I see a blonde man watching me with cold dead eyes and I recognize this man considering I had just read manhwa 2 days ago that fits this man perfectly.

Yeah I know where the hell I am and I am freaking out this cannot be happening I was literally in My home looking forward to going to the shooting range with the boys later, that's right I'm a guy well I guess now I'm a girl. ah fuck I'm not looking forward to menstruation Cycles. Wait what the hell am I talking about I'm currently about to fucking die.

I don't know how it happened nor do I give a shit cuz I was thankful, for all of 30 seconds but I think I activated my magic because one second I'm being hanged and the next I'm in an alleyway in the middle of the night surrounded by trash and apparently some Corpses that looked half eaten I thought it was scary before now I'm down right terrified, and I'm only in rags if I'm not mistaken athy was in the dungeon before she was about to be hanged and that got me thinking of what happened to her did I just completely take over or if she's still inside of me.

Questions for later for right now I need to figure out what the hell happened to me I mean I was literally in my bed and next thing I know I'm being hanged is is this one of those situations where a Rob randomly decides to grab someone and do some stupid shit.

Perks shall we say, nothing insane well... one thing will be insane the others powerful in their own way but that's up to you to make it that way. first and foremost I've decided to give you the gates of Babylon do not for a second think that you will have absolute control over everything in it no no you will earn your right to use those your body can literally not handle the amount of Mana it would need to use anything Godly like Excalibur. second I've given you absolute control over your magic as we all know that Athy has an abundance of Mana. I've also decided to give you a magic generator that help you regrow your Mana faster that was actually an idea of my friend another thing I decided to give you is a healing Factor on par with Wolverine but you will need Mana to be able to regenerate if you have no Mana then you're out of luck if your head is destroyed and last but not least I've decided after seeing what the hell just happened and how you got there to make some adjustments to your memories I won't be changing anything but I will be adding some swordsmanship and firearmastery I already know you pretty good with the firearm but you're only a civilian level Marksman I've decided to give you Soldier level Marksman I've decided to give you a normal M1 Garand and a short barrel M1 Garand with restocking ammunition and a Thompson. I figured if you're going to be in the world you're currently at you will need every ounce of help you can get considering some of the things you're going to be fighting can rip you in half good luck surviving if I ever get inspiration to help you again I'll send you another note. ... I feel like I want to murder someone and I mean murder them severely. So apparently I'm in a reality now where everything is going to try to eat me because there is very little food. You see most of the food is being hoarded by those in power and the rest of us are forced to get by with what scraps we have animals that are normally farmed can only be purchased by those in power such as Nobles and royalty or the rich everyone else has to go by with scraps and considering most of the animals are completely picked clean we're stuck with wild vegetation and there's very little of that as most of the forests and areas where anything could grow is owned by the rich.

This is going to be hell on Earth I mean I could theoretically eat myself but I don't think I could bring myself to do it unless I am about to die of hunger. Deciding not to stick around here I get up and start looking around for anything useful other then finding a duffel bag military grade pretty nice with my name on it my new name Athy not my old one I unzip and look inside to find the weapons I was told of, some clothes, and money so at least I won't have to sleep outside today the clothes look pretty okay as well they are old but still wearable.

After getting changed and putting the short barrel M1 on my right thigh (it's about the same size as a sawd off double barrel shotgun so easily used with one hand) I decided to start walking around the small town I'm in well probably a capital considering there's a castle in the center of the town Place seems pretty okay I mean yeah people are extremely skinny but I guess it doesn't really matter plenty of people are dying all the time so I guess they just eat the Corpses considering I see a lot of Bones just laying on the ground everywhere.

You know it's Times Like These when you're just walking around looking at all these starving people that you wonder if this is what it's like for kids in Africa I mean sure some people talk about it and or are feeling bad but I guess actually seeing it just hits it harder than hearing about it. After walking around for another I'd say an hour and a half I come across some kids in an alley huddled together they seem to be eating a cat little did I know that this little encounter would lead me to being called The Starving mother.
