10. Hospital

I'm laying in the hospital bed. I just woke up. I'm confused.

The door opens, I look over and see Robin walk in. His hair is wet, he has a bandage on his cheek.
"Hey." I say.
"Hi how are you feeling?" He asks going to the couch next to me.

"My leg hurts a bit." I say. He smiles softly.
"I told you were going to make it out." He says taking my hand softly.
"Yeah." I say smiling.

The door opens and it's dad.
"Dad!" I yell happy to see him.
"I'll let you talk." Robin says before walking out.

Dad hugs me.
"How are you feeling?" He asks.
"I feel fine, just my leg sorta hurts." I say.
"That's good. Robin told me you talked to mom."
"Yeah, there was a phone and somehow it let me talk to the dead boys and mom. Robin couldn't hear it, but The Grabber could." I say.

"What did she say?"
"That she loves and misses me. She said I was a fighter and that that's why I survived that night."
"Your mom was a big fighter, you remind me of her all the time."
"Really?" I ask.
"Yeah."

"I really have to get going but the doctor told me you can go home today so I'll pick you up after work."
"Okay. Bye dad." I say.
"Bye Y/n."

He walks out.

I wait outside impatiently.

Her dad walks out. He stops and looks at me.
"Thank you." He says.
"For?" I ask confused.
"Taking care of her while you were in there." He says.
"She took care of me too." I say. He smiles at me.
"I'll see you around Robin." He says walking away.

Gwen and Finn come over running.
"Can we go see her?" Gwen asks.
"Yeah." I say standing up.

I open the door.

———— Y/n's pov

Robin walks in.
"Hi again." I say laughing softly.
"Hi hermosa. I brought some people." He says.

Finn and Gwen come out. Gwen runs and hugs me. When she pulls away Finn hugs me too.

"Robin already told us everything that happened." Finn says.
"Yeah he even mentioned your little kisses." Gwen says.
"Gwen!" Robin yells turning a light shade of pink.

I laugh softly.
"Are you guys official yet?" Finn asks.
"Not yet." I say throwing Robin a small smile.
"Not unless she wants to be." Robin says looking at me.
"Are you asking her out?" Gwen asks.
"Only if it's a yes." Robin says.
"Then it is." I say.
"Yeah we are." Robin says looking back at Finn.

Finn and Gwen laugh.
"It took you guys long enough." She says.
"Only a near death kidnapping." I say.

Robin and Finn laugh.

"We have to go to school now." Finn says.
"Okay bye guys." I say.
"Bye Y/n, bye Robin." Gwen says as she follows Finn out of the room.

"You're not going?" I ask looking back at Robin.
"I wasn't going to leave you here all alone." He says. I smile at him softly.
"Thank you." I say.

The door opens.
I turn and see two cops come in.

"Hello?" I ask confused.
"Hey do you two mind talking with us about what happened?" The first cop asks in a polite voice.
"Yes we do mind." Robin says.

They all look at him.

"She hasn't even left the hospital over a cut in her leg and you're already trying to talk and get all the information." Robin says.
"Oh I'm sorry sir-." The second cops says.
"Oh and can everyone stop calling me sir, it's weird." He says.

"Uh yes Mr. Arellano."
"No. Just call me Robin. My name is Robin." He says.
"Okay Robin." He says.
"Better."

"As my friend here was saying we only want to talk to you and Y/n." He says looking at Robin.
"No-." He starts to say.
"Robin it's fine." I say.

Robin turns to look at me. I nod to let him know that I'm completely fine with it. He turns back at them.

"We would like to know how the kidnapping happened." He says.
"Well we were walking to go buy snacks." I say.
"We saw the van and turned around but it started following us to the point we were running." Robin says.

"The covered me with balloons and sprayed my mouth."
"Once she passed out he hit me and so did I. I woke up in the room alone and he brought her minutes later." Robin says.

"Did he feed you?" He asks.
"Yeah he brought us egg and soda." I say.
"How often?"
"Not often." I say.

"What made you guys decide to use the phone packed with dirt?"
"Well although you're definitely not going to believe this, the dead boys would call and they would give us hints and help us." I say.
"Except I couldn't hear the phone ring, she and The Grabber could." Robin says. I nod agreeing.
"Yeah." I say.
"Wait so you talked to the dead boys?"
"Yeah they didn't remember their names but they remembered bits and pieces of their lives before their kidnapping. For example Bruce remembered playing baseball and Billy remembered being a paperboy." I say.
"That's fascinating." They mutter.

"Anything else strange happen?" He asks.
"Yeah the soda bottles moved and pointed at the window and another time they flew at Y/n full speed." Robin says.
"You saw this?" He asks Robin.
"Yeah." He says in an annoyed voice.

"Okay these are all our questions for right now." They says standing up getting ready to leave.

"Oh and before we leave," he says grabbing something from his pocket, "I believe this belongs to you." He pulls out my necklace.

"Oh my god." I say as he hands it to me. I look at it carefully. "I thought it was gone." I say. They shake their head smiling.

"Well we should get going. We wish you the best." They walk out and I look over at Robin.

"Can you put this on." I say. He nods and walks over. I hands it to him and move my hair out of the way. His fingers gently brush my neck as he clasps it.

(A.n: okay what did you guys think. also i kinda want to write another Robin story, but it'll be like enemies to lover. i need to know if any of you will read it first tho. also i am currently writing a finney one so stay tuned
