"Haylee!!!!!" my mum calls from downstairs. Just a little more sleep won't hurt anyone.......... "Haylee, get up now, Natalie will be here any minute now" my mum yelled from downstairs. Oh shit I completely forgot about our shopping spree today. "I'm up" I yelled back. I ran to the shower and quickly grabbed my towel and jumped in. I quickly washed myself with my new strawberry scented soap and then hopped out. I opened my closet and quickly slipped on my denim high waisted skirt, white lace bralette and a black leather jacket. I almost forgot to brush my teeth, URGH. I then brushed my teeth and sprayed some Victoria Secret perfume and headed downstairs. " Morning mum" I said to my mum, " hi sweety, how did you sleep?" mum said. Just as I was about to answer, the doorbell rang. I got up to answer the door, while mum made waffles. I opened the door and Natalie literally jumped on me. "Hey Haylee", Natalie screamed. " Hey Natalie, are you okay?, you kinda scared me with your excitement". I said " You would never believed what happened" Natalie screamed as my face paled. " I GOT 2 BACKSTAGE TICKETS TO THE ONE DIRECTION CONCERT, AND YOU'RE COMING WITH ME!!!" she yelled. After she said that I completely blacked out and only remembered waking up to a bucket of water splashed on my face. "WAKE UP HAYLEEEE" Natalie screamed in my face " Okay Okay Im awake, shesh" I said. I got up, not remembering what happened, sat down and ate some waffles. " Do you want some?" I asked Natalie, and she said " Don't you remember what I told you after you blacked out" Natalie said as I got up and put my plate in the sink. " Nah, what did you tell me?" I said " We are meeting one direction" Natalie screamed. I ran up to Natalie, hugged her and jumped up and down, as she joined me.
"Okay I think we should be heading off now, Natalie! " I said "Yeah okay I will be waiting at the front" she yells, making her way to the front door. I grabbed my phone and wallet, slipped on my converse , grabbed my keys and headed out. Natalie was waiting by my car with a huge grin on her face. I unlocked the car and we both hopped in. I started the car and immediately entered my favourite album: midnight memories, and blasted it! We both sang and screamed all the way to the shopping centre. We hopped out and headed towards the mall. " Omg Haylee you have to try this on, it totally screams you" Natalie said. "Alright, only if you try this dress on" I said while grabbing the dress off the hanger. We both ended up buying the party dresses, but with no party to go to. We ended up shopping for a total of 6 hours, our feet were killing us and we had exceeded our credit card limit. I said goodbye to Natalie and dropped her off at home.
I parked my car in the driveway, only to see that mum's car wasn't there. I shrugged it off thinking that she was caught up at work. But as I approached the front door, I realised that the door was unlocked and someone was inside. I backed away from the door and just as I was about to call the police, something smashed inside my house. I ran towards the door, opened it and to my horror I saw...........
My father. He had found my mother and I, he was going through our photo albums and smashing all of our wealthy possessions. He looked drunk and homeless. I ran to my car, locked myself inside and called my mother.
* Phone call*
Mother: "Hi darling, is everything ok?" mum said
Me: "MUM, DAD HAS FOUND US!" I said while bawling my eyes out
Mother: (the line was silent)
Me: "Mum.... Mum....... Hello?" I said while wiping my eyes
Mother: "I am coming home right away, stay where you are"she said nervously
