Millie Bobby Brown's POV -

All Millie could do was stand still as she watched Paige flee her best friend's house in a state of panic.

Sadie Sink wasted no time in running after her, so Mills followed suit, not wanting to be the one left behind.

She hadn't failed to see the disgusted glare that Sadie gave her before trailing after her girlfriend.

Maybe it had been something she said?

She didn't know what she could have done to make her best friend glare at her the way she had.

As she trailed the other teens downstairs, she saw no sign of Paige whatsoever.

Sadie had also vanished with the wind, which left her alone indoors.

There was no way Millie had any idea of where they could have run off to, and she sighed as she realized this.

So now, she was stuck waiting for their return. If they would ever return.

There was sure to be trouble.
