Follow these rules.
If you break one, you will be given a strike and cannot adopt for a week. If you break another, you will be given a second strike. You cannot adopt for two weeks. If you break yet another rule, you cannot adopt again, and will be on the blacklist. You cannot adopt for 10 years (hehe)
If you break two rules in the same duration as your punishment, it will turn to 3 weeks, or a month depending on the rule you break
There will be a black list and strike list at the end of this part
If you don't understand let me know and I will try explain in more detail

Do not hog adopts.

Do not hate on my art / designs, or on anyone.

Do not steal my designs.

Do not get angry if you don't get the adopt you wanted.

Don't use or claim the adopt as your own unless I say it is yours.

If you get an adopt, please use it.

Make sure to complete your payment ASAP.

When I say the adopt is yours, I will put your name on the Payment List. Then I will put a time you have to complete your payment next to it. I will delete it once you have payed. I will take the adopt back if u don't complete it with no valid reason.
