Today is Christmas eve, but as always, Adrien and Marinette's parents travel for some work or some important events in London. They just leave their 10 years old kid alone for every Christmas and even their houses aren't decorated. They just feel lonely with only their babysitter with them.
"Marinette's side"
The little girl was sleeping at 2pm in her big and warm bed. she was really bored and sad in the same time because it's like every time, she will be just alone in Christmas, and she never had a Christmas in her life. her parents are really unfair and they just live for themselves, and hiding this truth with a lot of gifts sent to her in Christmas, but she never opens them like every year because she is pissed off. She wants someone and not something for Christmas once in her life. even the only person that she wants right now is far of her, in his house, alone just like her.
Suddenly, the mansion's door bell. She doesn't get up, she knows that it may be her babysitter or someone else from the maids in the house but when she turned in her other side, she found her grandmother. She stands up on her bed and jumped on her grandmother's arms as she hugged her tight
Marinette: Nonna, I missed you so much
Nonna: I missed you more my little ladybug. So, how are you doing?
Marinette: Nonna, sit please, I have a lot to tell you
Nonna (with a smirk): mhmmm, concerning your charming prince I think
Marinette (with a surprised look): charming prince? What does it mean Nonna?
Nonna: a charming prince is someone who you love and care about little ladybug
Marinette: Adrien is a charming prince?
Nonna (while giggling): so, you admit that you are in love with him?
Marinette (while blushing): I don't know what is love but I want to be always with him
Nonna: when you grow up, you will know about that. and hmmmm did you kissed him again?
The little girl remembered that the kisses between her and Adrien is their little secret, and she just wanted to keep it this way
Marinette: I want to do it again Nonna
Nonna: yeah, yeah. So, get ready, it's Christmas eve, I know your hose isn't decorated but we will have some fun
The little girl clenched her hands on her legs and looked down
Marinette: I never had decorations in Christmas, this is the first time that I have someone with me.
Nonna: yeah, we will see about that, now get ready
The little bluenette stand up and went to the bathroom, her grandmother helped her to get a shower and got ready. She dressed her into a beautiful red dress and let her long hair down and set a tiara on her head to look like a real princess
Marinette look at herself in the mirror and spin around, she didn't even recognize herself, she is so beautiful
