Leo is from New York City he is classified as a big nerd just because he is small, smart, teacher's pet, has huge black glasses and finally plain braces. Even though he is a nerd, he is the most richest kid in the school. He goes to the best school in the city. He is only in year 8 but he knows everything about chemistry and biology. Not only that he has skipped year 3. His mum is always busy with her friends on the phone and never has time with Leo. His dad is a always busy with his work. Leo has no sibling. The thing Leo is mostly teased about that he doesn't look like his parents.

Sammy is a new girl in her school. She already is so popular that she dates with the coolest guy, Jake. He is also one of the richest and coolest guys. He lives with his step-dad and mum. Well, Sammy is not rich but she is beautiful and has the most attitude in her school. Her parents always try to make the goodie girl but she hates her parents so much. Jake and Sammy are the most popular and are known as the "cutest couple".

There is Kate who hates being popular. She is the first person to hate joining the most popular friends group. She has one friend and that's her councillor. Her parents argue continuously every night and she get so stressed. Her parents are so close to divorcing but she loves her parents so much she can't see them being separated. Her parents love her but they never realise she is around when they are fighting. No one likes her at school because she is too gullible and very emotional.
Then there is Matt who is good friends with Jake. Matt is always is used for doing work for Jake. Matt has a crush on Kate. She is very delicate and beautiful girl. Kate has never noticed Matt. Whenever he tries to go near she would got to the office for some reason or he might be stopped by Jake. Matt never knew that Jake actually thinks him as a slave not a friend.

Those all people are selected to go to Australia.
It all began when notes were handed out for the year 8s to go to Australia as exchange students. Only twelve people gave in note. Those people were who could afford it. The thing that kept them waiting was on 5 people could go. Jake, Sammy, Leo and Matt got to go because Jake's parents gave extra money for Sammy, Jake and Matt so that they could go. Only 2 places were left so Leo's parents sent him away so they don't have to put up with Leo. The 4 places were taken by cheating. One place was left. There was running race held because everyone is going Australia for boot camp. First place was Theo, Second place was Tom and third was Kate. Tom couldn't go anywhere because he was moving his house. Theo was so happy. Kate wanted to go to Australia so she didn't had to put up with her parents arguments. She wanted a break. They all were going to Australia for 4 weeks.
Next day, something really benefiting happened to Kate. Theo was too ill to visit Australia so Kate had the chance to go. Her parents agreed that she could go.
Matt heard the news and was so excited. They all were getting prepared for AUSTRALIA!!!
