the song

All that could be heard through the flat was the lovely sound of a violin. With John out the house planning his wedding with Mary Sherlock has been left by himself waiting for a new case.

He was composing music a lot more recently trying to write a song for the wedding, and just being bored. George hasn't come with any new cases yet and baker street was getting a bit boring since miss Hudson took his gun.

Sherlock pov

With out John here there is no one to talk to. I am writing a song as a surprise to play at the wedding I have almost finished it.  No new cases have come up worth my time and with all this time to think I get this strange feeling in my heart when I think about the wedding shouldn't I be happy for them.

My pov

Sherlock decided to play the violin to try to clear his head the beautiful music fills the flat.

Gerald pov

I just got a call about a string of killings so I am on my way to baker street. When I get there I go to knock but the door is unlocked so I just go in. It sounds like Sherlock is playing some music I know he gets mad if disturbed so I decide to just let him finish what I didn't expect was for him to start singing.

My pov

Sherlock starts singing to the music he is playing.
"Is it weird I want to cry" "is it strange I don't know why" "shouldn't I be ok " "why do I dread the wedding day" "I never seem to care" "but when anyone is near I wish I could disappear " "just go somewhere and cry I don't even know why" the music now turns more fast pace "they say to death do we part but it only brought me closer" "now I have you back only to let you go" "so this is something you will never know" "I love you so but I have to let you go" (A/N I'm not good at writing songs sorry)

George pov

I stood there shocked I could not believe what I just heard. Sherlock was in love with John. I decide to leave and come back like I just got here.

Sherlock pov

I finish playing and hear a knock on the door. It's George "hey we got a murderer" he said but something seems off like he wants to say something but won't.
Gerald explains the case and I knew that it was the daughter who wanted life insurance money it wasn't hard to figure out maybe a 5. "It was the daughter" I say.
"How do you possibly know that" he says with a look of disbelief but I could also tell something is on his mind. "Is there something wrong George?" I ask
He looks nervous like he is hiding something.

Greg pov

I should have known I couldn't hide something for Sherlock Holmes. I have to tell him the truth "I heard your song Sherlock" I say. He has a look of anger and embarrassment on his face. "Please don't say anything" he says with more worry than I thought was possible. I agreed to keep his secret for now.
