Y/N: this'll only hurt for a sec ok?

Eri nods and I hold up my finger which takes the shape of a needle and then it turns silver. I inject the needle into her and suck out the blood. I pull it out and then heal her arm.

Y/N: thank you eri. Now if you'll excuse me I need to get to work.....

Eri: ok........

I walk over to a table and on it is diamonds. I grab all of them and close my eyes and all the diamonds begin to merge together. I use telepathy to move the blood all over the diamonds and then finally extend my hands to my side and it forms into a long black crystal staff. I stare at it and then touch it with my finger. I can feel it completely draining me. I smirk.

Y/N: finally. It's perfected.

Eri: w-what is?

Y/N: a little project I've been trying to perfect. You see. When peoples quirks are erased or neutralized. They become very weak. Our bodies are so used to having our quirks that when there erased or neutralized our bodies don't know how to react and become very weak. Combining your quirk neutralizing blood with diamonds and healing it into a staff. We now hold the most powerful weapon to all of quirk kind. Do you understand? Just by touching this people become IMMENSELY WEAK and can easily be killed with it. Even those with immortality wouldn't be able to come back so long as there body is dead for more than a few hours.

Eri: h-how do you know?

Y/N: experiments from my dad.......

Flashback

All for one: 4 hours 37 minutes. That's how long it takes for the body and quirk to completely die. Fascinating. Even immortals can be killed.

On the table in front of them was a man's body whos quirk had been neautralized and was tested to see how long before he fully died. The tests started with the neutralizing of the quirk then killing him. Waiting. Then him coming back. After again and again increasing the time by one minute.  Y/N was already completely desensitized to the constant murder. It didn't make any difference to him. Only tests and results.

Y/N: I really am like dad sometimes........

Eri: w-what's a dad.......?

I freeze. I glance to her with a bit of fear in me. Of all the things why did she ask that. EVEN I DONT KNOW THE DAMN DEFINITION!!!! I cough and clear my throat as I nervously speak.

Y/N: w-well......I guess a dad would be.......a person who takes care of you......loves you.....and makes sure your alright I guess........

Eri: o-oh...........

Y/N: yeah. I'm not really the guy you should be asking this stuff about..........my dad was a bit of an ass and in all honesty felt more like a boss than a father.

Eri: o-oh........

I turn to her and sigh.

Y/N: alright. That's enough for today. You can go now if you want.

Eri nods and she shuffled out. I take a breathe before turning my finger silver and cutting it off. My finger slowly regenerates before I grab the silver finger and place it on top of the staff. It turns back to a normal fleshy finger and I write it down before a loud explosion is heard. I glance up and see dust fall a bit from the ceiling. I squint a bit. I hear more explosions and I close my eyes and activate my energy sense quirk.

Y/N: what the.......

I can feel multiple energies all entering the building from the main entrance. It's a bunch of heroes and there all charging through the building. Tch. This must be what Izuku was talking about when they said they were going to start a war............I open a warp gate and walk through and see Overhaul holding eri. I glare at him. I touch her forehead and she suddenly falls asleep.
