As I sit in my seat waiting for the plane to take off, I'm absolutely excited. "I cannot wait to see my best friend!" I think to myself as I put my phone into airplane mode, but not before texting my best friend that I will be arriving at her place very soon. "The plane will take off shortly. Everyone please fasten your seatbelts." The flight attendant says through the intercom, and as I do so, I receive a strange notification on my phone. "Hm? That's odd. My Wi-Fi is supposed to be off." I think to myself as I check my phone. It was a simple encrypted message, that actually took not so long to figure out. "Brace for impact? Hm... I see." I sat there thinking to myself as I didn't even notice the plane take off. I kept thinking about the encrypted message. Why send it to me? I wondered, rereading the message over and over again. In all honesty, the message itself was very strange. It was written in pictorial code, something not a lot of people understand. I shook my head and decided to nap on it, leaning my seat back a bit and falling asleep.
About 2 hours later I wake up to turbulence, but it wasn't the normal kind of turbulence though. It was a bit too violent to be a normal turbulence, so I sat in my seat, buckled up, and braced for the ending of the turbulence. 15 minutes later and the turbulence still hasn't died down, making me wonder something. I sat in my seat, lost in my thoughts, only to be snapped out of them by the plane losing altitude and beginning to fly downwards. "Woah! What the hell?!" I exclaimed, gripping the armrests of my seat so tightly my knuckles turned white. What in the absolute hell is going on?! Why are we going downwards like we're about to crash?! Is this what this encrypted message meant by "brace for impact?" Because whichever God decided to give me this message better be prepared for the epic ass whooping they're about to receive if I ever got my hands on them. All of these thoughts are running through my mind as we are crashing down to earth. All the other passengers are either unconscious or screaming. Me on the other hand, I am both confused scared and overall just pissed.
The plane crashes and somehow explodes, sending my ass and a couple of others flying. "FUUUUUCK!" I yelled as I was flung out of the plane and across the dark field that we crash landed on, hitting on my head on what had felt to be a tree branch and passing out unconscious.
