She is holding a locket which contain a pic of guy but it is tearing in two piece and the piece which shows his face which is absent and on locket there is something written

There is blood flowing on road and the car is hit by tree and broke in a most fearful way the front bonnet was bend and opened and the glasses of the car window is scattered around the car and one hand is hanging outside the wind and blood is dripping from the hand it's so scary view..........after sometime the ambulance and police van came and people start to make a crowd then the compounders and nurses take out the the body who is covered in blood and place it on stretcher.

At hospital

Nurses are going here and there hurriedly and went towards the operation theater
after sometime a nurse came out and reached me and said

Nurse: miss IU we need blood
AB- blood
IU: I can donate

I don't know why I agreed to donate blood but now I am on another stretcher near that girl stretcher who I was donating blood......
I am the one who present at the time when accident happened.....

Next day........

When I opened my eyes I found myself on hospital bed in another room and that girl is laying beside me I looked towards her and relaxed after find that she is safe now then the door of room opened revealing a nurse who came towards me with some papers and a pen.....

Nurse: can you fill this form related to your sister
You confused after hearing her
IU: sister??
Nurse: yes didn't she is your sister??
IU: no
Nurse: what are you saying we thought that she is your sister and your blood group are also same
IU: but she is not my sister
Nurse: I have to talk to doctor about this sorry for disturbance.......

With that she left the room leaving you both alone

Doctor: miss IU I have to tell you something serious about your sister
IU: but she is not my sister

After when nurse left the room she came after sometime and told me that doctor want to talk something then now I am here in his cabin

Doctor: miss IU I don't know she is your sister or not but she came with you so I have to discuss this thing with you

I nodded and said
IU: okay doctor tell me

Then doctor take a deep breath and said
Doctor: because of accident some nerves of her head is got pressed and it caused to memory loss I can't tell you exact how much she lose her memory or she lost her whole memory but there is chances that her memory comes but if we try to pressurize her then maybe nerves got damaged and the case became serious and......

IU: and what doctor??
Doctor: one nerve which is connected to her eyes is also blocked which blocked the way from blood reach to eyes and because of that she is not able to see and there is no surgery which unblocked that artery but it can cure by its own and it have only 0.5% chances........

After hearing him I get into a shocked then nurse put a hand on my shoulder which make me come to reality
IU: okay doctor
I only said two words bcuz I didn't know what to say right now

Then I came to my room and saw that girl get her consciousness and an another nurse is near to her maybe checking her heart rate or blood pressure I don't what it is....
I went towards her and stand near her.......
But then she said something which makes me really out of the world but I know that it's going to happen

???: Who I am??
