Denver's my new town

Chapter 1
Denver's my new town.

Today I'm moving to Denver to live with my Auntie Jane and cousin Vance.
My parents work in the army so I need a place to stay for a while.
I can't remember the last time I saw my auntie and cousin. I think it was around 3 or 4 years ago.
I catch a plane by myself from Ohio to Denver.
I'm going to miss Ohio, but I won't miss my school life there.
School has always been hard for me.

Mainly because I'm always getting into fights.
But it's not my fault I don't let people push me around.
The sad thing is, I'm really smart. Im very intelligent but due to tons of suspension's, I'm barely in school.

Im on the plane and it's about a 3hr plane ride.
Which isn't so bad I guess.
My auntie is meeting me at the airport.

*3 1/2 hrs go by*

I step off the plane and I see my auntie waving at me.
She runs up to me and hugs me tight " Omg Lisa you're all grown up look at you!"

Well it's been 4 years so yes.
"Where's Vance?" I ask.

"Vance has sorta changed in the last 2-3 years. He's growing up now he's 16. He's been getting into trouble quite a lot but it's just teenager days right?" She says.
I smile "ye, teenager days."

We jump in the car and make our way to the house.

We arrived at the house.
Auntie Jane helps me with my luggage and we carry it into the house.
" there's your bedroom" she points.
We walk into the room and its very plain but i can work with it.
"You're more than welcome to move furniture around or paint the walls" she says.

Vance walks into the room and jump scares me.
I jump and scream " oh my god Vance you scared the shit outta me".
He laughs.
"Well Lisa you've grown" he says.
Yes. It's been 4 years I'm going to.

"Let me take you around the neighbourhood, show you around" he says.
I put my jacket on and we walk out of the house.
