*10 months later*
HUNTERS P.O.V
I walked over to my fridge to get another bottle of beer.Ever since Jenny broke up with me alcohol has been my only friend.Jenny has moved on she has a new boyfriend she has been dating him for five months and I have nothing but alcohol.I sat down placing my beer on the table and looking at photos I took with Jenny. I took one with her wearing my jumper it was to big for her and as for my dad he's been working all the time.I chugged back the bottle of beer I get up to grab another bottle of beer but there was no more 'shit' I thought better go and get more I grabbed my keys and I opened the door to my car there was a really cheap liquor store in the mall so I decided to go there.I walked into the store and picked up a lot of beers and walked up to the cash redigster "hey man you back for another round?" The guy at the counter asked "I'll be comming back here for a long time" "why?" "The girl I love dumped me and ther no point of me doing anything else" "aww I'm sorry man drive safely" I grabbed my bag and left but I took a beer out of the bag and start to drink it then I bumped into someone "sorry" I muttered "it's ok" the voice said and that voice I knew straight away I looked up to see the one and only love of my life Jennifer Mahone "jenny?" "Hi hunter" then her eyes widened at the sight of the bottle "what are you doing drinking those?!?" "I've been doing it for months" "why?" "Because there's nothing good about life so the alcohol numbs the pain" "why are you in pain" "I think you know why" "so how are you?" "Crap how about you?" I replied "not really good" she said "why what happened did someone do something to you cause if they did I'll kick their ass" she smiled softly at me "its just my boyfriend he is after becoming very distant with me like he never wants to hang around with me and he never talks to me he's just on his phone and texts people" "well talk to him about it,he should respect that you don't like it when he ignores you" "thanks hunter we should talk more I haven't seen you in ages" "yeah ok" I chuckled "well I gotta go see you later bye!" "Bye" I smiled at her and hopped into my car and went home.
JENNYS P.O.V
I can't believe he is drinking alcohol now and I also don't have amnesia anymore I got all my memories back and I guess he has ever since we broke up but I had to move on I was very upset in the hospital and then I met Daniel he was great when we first started talking but now he barley even looks at me he acts like he's bored I was sitting next to him watching TV while he was on his phone "who are you texting?" "Just a friend" "well I don't mean to sound rude but could you put your phone down and down some time with me because you barely talk to me anymore" I asked looking at Daniel "well mabey I don't want to spend time with you" that hurt me hunter would never say anything like that to me "what do you mean you don't like spending time with me?" I asked appalled "it was a dare alright! My friends dared me to ask you out because it would be funny to date a girl who couldn't even remember her own last name and that's why I asked you" then that's when my heart broke he never felt anything for me it was all a joke I got so angry then I couldn't control it I saw my fist fly up and punch him square in the face "GET OUT YOU LITTLE PIECE OF SHIT!" He looked shocked at what I had just down to him but he deserved.My dad opened my door to see me looking very hurt and angry and him surprised and in pain "what's going on here?" He asked kinda getting the picture that something was up "nothing Daniel was just leaving weren't you?" he nodded "dad can you show him the way out" he stepped aside so that Daniel could get through and shoved him out the door I could hear my dad say "if you ever step foot on my house door again I will kick your ass" and then slammed the door on him I really missed hunter so I decided to pay him a visit I ran downstairs and grabbed my car keys "where are you going at this hour of the night young lady" my mom said jokingly "can I go out?" "Yeah just bring your phone so I can check on you" "yeah I have it" "well then have a good time be safe! I love you" "thanks mom I love you too!" I parked along the pavement I was kinda nervous because the last time I saw him he looked awful and was drinking I'm pretty sure that he picked up drinking after I broke up with him but I'm going to help him to get back on the right path drinking is not a good path to be on. I opened the car door then closed it then hesitantly walked up to the door the last time I was at his house we were hugging and kissing be a happy couple. I knocked on the door and a few minutes later the door opened to reveal a man a lot older than hunter "is hunter here?" "Yeah he's in his room are you Natalie Clifford's daughter?" "Natalie Mahone now and yeah she's my mom" "so she married that mahone fella huh I never thought she would but go on he's upstairs" I walked up the stairs and went straight to hunters room and once again I knocked "what is it dad" he sounded awful and in pain so I decided to open the door hunter was lying on his bed with tear-stained cheeks and a half empty bottle of vodka "hey hunter" "Jenny hey what are you doing here?" he sounded a small but better he sounded happy now that I was here but then the events of what just happened I couldn't hold it in anymore I burst out crying and ran into hunters arms my face was nuzzled into his neck and his arms were around my waist "hey what happened?" He sounded concerned "I asked why Daniel was ignoring me and he said that it was all a dare he never had feelings for me his friends dared him to do it they thought it would be funny to date a girl who couldn't even remember her own name" "where is he now" hunger said in a angry tone "no hunter please don't do anything to him I already punched him in the face and I want to stay here with you for a while" he kinda looked surprised that I want to stay here I was aching to kiss him run my hand through his hair like I did a lot of times before "so how are you" I asked "crap how about you?" "Same" I looked up at him god dam why did he have to be so cute "screw it" I said and grabbed hunters face and smashed my lips against his he was shocked at first but the imidiatly started kissing me back we both pulled away for air our foreheads pressed together while we stare into each other's eyes "so does that mean you forgive me?" Hunter asked hopefully "yeah I forgive you"
