"So you're back to ignoring them all, again?" Wilbur teased as Wren made her lunch. She huffed in response. "Just Dream, George, and Nick. I feel bad, but I just don't want to talk them about it anymore."
"You're talking to me and Punz." Wilbur shrugged, as Wren smiled at his proudness through the FaceTime.
"You two are different." Wren defended. "Dream and George would just defend Nick, and try to get me to talk to him again. It's not worth it."
"But Punz and I will defend you." Wilbur teased.
"Yeah, well." Wren started. "I feel like I could use a bit of defending."
"I get it." Wilbur acknowledged. "But I'm getting deja vu. You just apologized for ignoring them yesterday, and now you're doing the same thing again, not even twenty-four hours later."
"Shut up, Will." Wren rolled her eyes at his amusement. "I'm not good with my feelings."
"I can tell." Wilbur acknowledged. "You're also not good with Sapnap's feelings, considering you didn't even let him tell you."
"I didn't want to hear him say he didn't feel the same way." Wren told the truth. "I thought it would've given me closure, but in the moment it felt too... real? I don't know, I just didn't want to hear him say it."
Wilbur nodded, "Do you even know if that's what he was going to say?"
"By the way he was acting on the call, it was obvious." Wren mumbled. "All he wanted was answers about my mood. He wouldn't even give me a chance to tell him how I felt, I had to blurt it out at the end of the call."
"Don't get mad at me." Wilbur started. "But, maybe, he might be a victim, too?"
"Gee, Will." Wren looked at the camera. "For someone who's supposed to be on my side, you've seemed to taken a liking to Nick's."
"I'm not defending his actions." Wilbur defended. "But I'm also not defending yours."
Wren smiled at the boys honesty. "Can you, for maybe one moment, defend me? It'd make me feel much better."
"I'm not saying you're a villain, Wren." Wilbur prompted. "I'm just saying that if Nick does share the same feelings you do, then he's also gone through the same things you have."
Wren rolled her eyes, "Like what?"
"Unknowing, sadness." Wilbur began. "Jealousy."
"You just had to throw that last one in, didn't you?" Wren teased.
"I'll never forget how big man Sapnap felt threatened by me." Wilbur smirked. "It makes my heart full."
"You're a shit, you know that?"
Wilbur shrugged. "Yes, but I'm your favorite therapist, so you have to keep me around."
Wren cheered to that, taking a sip of her water bottle. Wilbur began again, "Eventually you'll have to reach out to him, again. You know that right?"
"Probably not." Wren sighed. "If he did like me, those feelings are definitely gone after last night. I doubt he even wants to be friends after our call."
"But you still care for him, right?" Wilbur questioned. "Even after your call."
"It's different." Wren exclaimed.
