Estelle Duru was taken from her home, in Naboo when she was five. She was found by Master Yoda and the Jedi master soon learned of her high midi-chlorians. When she arrived she was a tad behind all the other Jedi younglings in the temple, or any Jedi in that case. The day Estelle got her lightsaber was a day she would never forget. The girl had gotten an orange lightsaber, the same color as her hair, as a flame. Shortly after that she caught up quickly and became very skilled in combat and the force. Yoda noticed how quickly she had learned and soon assigned her to Qui Gon. Now Qui Gon Ginn had already had a padawan, but Yoda thought his teachings would help her the most. The older Jedi knight took her under his wing along with Obi-Wan, his other padawan, and they became a little family.
Attachments were forbidden in the Jedi but they three couldn't deny the strong love they all shared for each other. Obi-Wan and Estelle would go up against each other for practice while Qui Gon Ginn would correct them on their mistakes, and even go on missions together.
The Duru girls skills were getting stronger by the day, and were worried which chosen one she was. Yoda had explained to Qui Gon and the other masters of Estelle's high midi-chlorians. The council was fearful of what side she was, the prophecy said that there would be two chosen ones. One would fall to the dark side and the other would bring peace. Estelle had been informed of the prophecy when she was only seven, and had been scared of which side she was to fall on. Now they hand not found the other young Jedi for the prophecy to make it complete yet, but that was all about to change. Who knew that a certain blonde boy would change her life the way he did.
