Chapter 22

Heleyna's POV

I smile at the text and get up to get ready. I take out my outfit and put it on (picture). I put on mascara and eyeliner and grab my phone and walk outside and to Hayes' house. I knock on the door and Nash opens it. His eyes focus on me and he bites his lip. I scoff and push him out of the way. I walk upstairs and knock on Hayes' door.

"Who is it?" He asks.

"It's Heleyna." I smile. Opens the door and he gives me a hug. "Hey, you ready to go?" I ask.

"Ya, but first, put this on." He says handing me a blindfold.

I roll my eyes and put it on. He grabs my hand and leads me downstairs and we go into a car.

"Am I going to get kidnapped again?" I ask.

"Haha no." I hear a voice and I immediately know that it is Ricky. I was still kind of freaking out even though I knew Ricky very well, so I kept holding Hayes' hand.

*30 minutes later*

"Hayes, are we there yet, I'm tired of this stupid blindfold. Its not fun not being able to see for half and hour." I whine.

"We are here." Hayes says laughing a bit.

I take off the blindfold and see the sign that says Disneyland.

He took me to Disneyland. YAAAAASSSS BITCHES!!

We get out of the car and wave at Ricky. Soon he drives off.

"You took me to Disneyland?" I say having the biggest smile growing on my face.

"Ya, do you like it?" He asks nervously scratching the back of his neck.

"Like it? I LOVE IT!" I scream causing some people to stare. We hold hands and walk to a ride.

(A/n don't get mad at me if I describe the rides wrong, I haven't been to Disneyland in a while.)

"Have you ever been on space mountain?" He asks.

"Ugh, no. I'm afraid of roller coasters, especially that one." I say.

"How are you afraid of space mountain if you haven't been on it." He says chuckles a bit. God I love it when he chuckles.

"Because one time my brother and mom went on the ride and I stayed in the waiting room. I went up to where you see your pictures and I saw one girl having a double chin with wide eyes and a dropped mouth holding on to the bars for her life. I also saw another picture of a fully grown man covering his mouth with both hands crying like a 5 year old." I say.

(A/n true story )

"Oh come on, it's not that bad." He says pulling me to the ride. We wait in line until it's our turn. We go onto the cart thing and pull the bars on out laps. I started to shake while the ride started. Hayes holds my hand and says "Its going to be fine." I have to admit, I sorta calms down after.

We turn to a tunnel and start to move up. As we did blue, red and green lights start to light up. It was beautiful. Until we reach the top and we go into a dark room filled with stars. Soon the ride started going fast and people started screaming. I start to scream too and I'm pretty sure I my scream was louder than everyone else's. I close my eyes and start screaming some more. Soon the ride slows down then comes to a stop.

"Is it over?" I ask still shutting my eyes.

"Haha ya it's over." He says.

We walk to where we see out pictures. Soon ours pops up and I look at it. First I look at Hayes. He is doing a 'woo-hoo' face with one arm up. I look at me and see me closing my eyes and I have my face buried in his chest while still holding his hand. I look at Hayes to find that he is already looking at me. I blush and look down. He walks over and kisses my cheek and says "Lets go on another one."

"Ok but I'm choosing this time." I say.

We ended up going on pirates of a carribean. We enter the boat and the ride starts. The ride starts off by having us pass a house and some broken ships. We hear the sounds of frogs and birds. Soon we pass by a guy playing the banjo. Then it goes dark.

"Are we going to die?" Hayes jokingly says causing some people to laugh.

We still hear the banjo sound fading from a distance. Soon we see the logo for the movie and a pirate starts talking. Then the boat falls down. Soon we hear pirates singing in a blue tunnel. We see glowing waterfalls. It was beautiful. Then it looks like a storm in the other room and we see skeletons everywhere.

The story soon starts and it was funny. Some characters start singing and shooting each other and things like that. Some characters even looked real.

Soon we get to the end of the ride where we see Captain Jack on a chair, drunk, with treasure everywhere. He was singing "Yo-ho, yo-ho, a pirates life for me."

We exit the boat and walk outside.

"That was not scary." Hayes scoffs.

"It wasn't supposed to be." I giggle.

"So what was it supposed to be?"

"I don't know, just a calming ride."

"Why is there a-"

"Ugh lets just go to another ride." I say, grabbing his hand and pulling him to another ride. When we were half way there two girls start running up to us,
screaming. I guess they are fans.

"OH MY GOD, YOUR HAYES GRIER!" The blonde one says.

"Ya, that's me." He says throwing his arms in the air.

"And you must be his girlfriend right?" The brunette one asks.

"Oh no, no, we're just-"

"Yea she is." Hayes says blushing while looking at me. They both look at each other and scream very loudly. "Can we take a picture with you guys?"

"Haha sure." Hayes says. the blonde one takes out her phone and we take a bunch of group selfies. "There to go." Hayes says. "Thank you." They say and run off screaming. "Come on let's go to another ride." Hayes says but I stop him from walking and I turn him around. "I'm your girlfriend?" I ask smiling. He smiles back. "Yes, you are." He says. My face turns red as we head off to another ride holding hands.

*Much, much later* (Spongebob narrator voice)

We jump out of Ricky's car and walk to my house as he drives away. I turn and see Hayes standing behind me.

"Thanks for everything." I say. He nods his head and starts walking to his house. I run after him. "HAYES WAIT!" I scream. He turns around and I immediately kiss him. It felt amazing. I pull away after a good 30 seconds and smile.

"I love you." He says.

"I love you too." I say kissing his cheek. I walk to my door and open it. And may I just say. Wow.

Hayes's POV

I really hope Matt's plan works.
