Angry Boss

They say when there's too much calm then there's going to be a storm hitting soon. Oh actually that's what Ari thinks. She woke up feeling nervous and restless today having no idea why. Well her questions got answered soon when she was called up to Mr. Kim's office, yes it's Mr.Kim today because as soon as she entered she felt the atmosphere got thick.

There were few people looking like interns staring at her along with them was Mr. Han who had an evident smirk on his face and the least expected was Jin standing by Tae's side with hunched shoulders with a look like he got scolded recently.

And Mr. Kim, he was looking pissed off, oops something must have happened which involves Jin, Ari and the interns.

"Miss. Lee, I've received a complaint regarding you." Mr. Kim aka her boyfriend said with a slight tone of softness in them.

Ari was just confused at what's happening? She gave a nod to Tae to continue  instead of replying with words.
"Apparently last week in my absence, you and Mr.Jin here decided to pull up some prank on the new interns, am I correct?" Tae asked raising his eyebrows.

When he got an affirm nod he continued, "May I ask what would be the reason behind such a playful act in a place of professionalism?"
With every words he spit it was laced with irritancy.

But Ari was not one of them who would loose their speech when asked sternly, she spoke confidently "As you've mentioned sir, it was just a playful and harmless act, there was no reason behind it except for a prank to lighten up the mood."

Before Taehyung can respond Mr. Han spitted out venomously,
"You mean it was just a mere joke to you, what about the employees you've caused stress to?"

"Mr. Han I expect you won't interrupt me again when I'm speaking." Mr. Kim said with a stern face.

"We have said it was an IQ test, most of them have already given it in schools and besides we told them after two days it was just a prank."

"Miss. Lee no one was informed about it being a prank, the interns were preparing for the test from a week. Mr. Han who is the head of the interns came to know about it today he came and asked me if there are changes in office rules." Tae was calm with Ari even if he was interrogating her, her words were also clear without any hesitation.

"I apologise Mr. Kim, Aerumssi had told me to inform them but I forgot to mention getting busy with something else."

Yes Ari have already told Jin to let them know it was a prank before they get more serious regarding it, she even gave them less work for two days and made them visit site work to get more experience, because she felt bad when she overheard an intern how the person was scared for the job.

"I see there has been miscommunication which led to the interns being afraid for their job placement. Now as it's all clear I expect no more such pranks from any one of you, also a written apology from both Miss. Lee and Mr.Jin."

Right when everything was solved someone had to ruin the mood again,
"Mr. Kim how is it fair to the interns, they thought they were going to loose their job, such unprofessionalism must have equal actions regarding it." Mr. Han made a mistake because if Taehyung was pissed now he was in temper.

"Mr. Han, do you love your job?"
The other replied a small 'Yes' nervously.

Taehyung kept listening to him speaking about his girlfriend with hatred but not anymore,
"Than I suggest you mind your words before spitting them out so carelessly. I've no time for hearing such mindless ideas of firing someone because of a mere prank. I get it, it was not professional of her but someone working at a Multi billion dollar company and scared of an IQ test is a complete bullshit."

Mr. Han was scared, "I apologise sir, it won't happen again." But now Ari had a smirk on her face.

"Good, also I need no rumours about what happened in the office or anything regarding Miss. Lee, am I clear?"

At the end, the one who got scolded and fooled was Mr. Han, he really had no idea how the situation turned out like this.

Ari knew Tae had a bad day today. Not only he was pissed about the prank but also lost a deal. So she decided to make Miso soup with Bibimbap, comfort food. On the other hand, Tae thought Ari must be pissed at him for interrogating her for a mere prank but being the boss he can't do anything about it and decided to get her favourite 'Lemon peel poppy seeds muffins' on his way back home.

When Tae entered their house he did not expected Ari cooking in the kitchen humming a random song, the girl really didn't cook that much only on certain occasions. He removed his tie and unbuttoned the first button of his shirt. After hanging his coat and rolling up his sleeves he went towards the kitchen and hugged her from behind.

Ari was aware of his boyfriends arrival and when he took her in his embrace from behind, she leaned back on his chest and moved her face sideways to look at him.

Taehyung looked so handsome even with those tired wrinkles near his eyes filled with galaxy full of stars looking at her with nothing but pure adoration. She couldn't help but lean and peck his lips.
Tae smiled and hugged her tight, he hide his face on the crook of her neck and inhaled there letting out a sigh.

"So what's the special occasion?" With every word Tae spoke his breath directly hit her skin causing tingling sensation, he was too near to her sweet spot.

"It's an apology dinner for causing you the trouble today." Ari spoke slowly and in small being sorry for her actions.

"Love, you've nothing to feel sorry about. Instead I'm sorry for I had to interrogate you for a stupid prank."

"But you were angry at me before."
"No, I was angry on Mr. Han for wasting my time, I can't get scold you for such a silly thing. Infact I brought you your favourite muffins as an apology from my side."

Ari was aware that his boyfriend was whipped for her and she loved every bit of it. She felt relived now that she knew he was not angry with her. She continued with her work of stirring the soup and so did Tae of leaving kisses on her neck and talking to him about the cancelled deal.

"By the way I got you something yesterday I forgot to mention about it. I got you a Wool Jacquard sweater for Christmas and a pair of loafers."

"Hmm, I'll wear them from tomorrow, thankyou for getting me those I wanted to wear them." His last words got muffled because he started leaving wet kisses and sucking right on her special making her bit her lips to held back from moaning.

"Tae, we've to eat first."
"We can eat that later, first I want to eat something else."
Still he have the same effect on her with words even after being together for such a long time.

She dropped the spatula and putted all her weight on him giving him more access to her neck. He turned her around in his hold and moved forward as her back got hit with the kitchen island, a gasp leaving her mouth.

He caught her lips with his and started sucking on them. They kept on kissing with tongues colliding each other's. He held her waist and picked her to sit on the countertop while kissing. His hands got inside her top touching her bare skin. Her hands from his nape moved towards his shirt and started undoing the buttons.

Suddenly a ring was heard and they had to break the session when Tae's phone rang. He picked it up cursing at who is calling him at this hour.
Ari was trying to stable her breathing, feeling hot she decided to drink some water and give Tae some privacy.

When the call got ended in few minutes, Tae came in-front of her with an unreadable expression.
When she asked what was the call about, he replied blankly looking at her,
"Apparently my girlfriend has been doing some late night activities in my absence."

Ari got caught, she knew she can't hide it anymore and there's no meaning to lie about it. Just by her expressions Taehyung got to know he was right,

"Let's have a talk, shall we?"
