This story takes place after the end of both the story and arcade game, this version of ninja baseball batman are a team of teenagers who's were chosen by king babe who was disguise himself as the commissioner to make the ninja players to collect the stolen pieces of the babe Ruth statue to save the spirit of baseball. Captain jose is the leader of the team who is new to being a leader and he's not sure if he knows he can lead, Beanball Roger the muscles of the team who went from being a hard head jerk to a friend that fight for others, Stick Straw the tech genius who got the info and help the team when they need to deal with any threats, and finally Twinbats Ryno the wild goof off with the heart of gold and ready for anything. After they defeated king babe,he told them that he wasn't the leader of the jado syndicate and the true leader is still out there, so Jose then hit him with his bat so hard that he was sent off to the moon. Now these heroes will have to fight against the true leader of the jado syndicate and may team up with another group of heroes.
