It was the first day of a new term at Hogwarts. Everyone was stuffing themselves with food as usual. Draco though was missing home.
After his father's arrest in the prophecy scandal his mother wasn't doing well, him getting the dark mark was just another blow at her. He was worried about when she would break down.
"Dwaco, Dwaco" called out a voice.
The voice echoed all around Hogwarts.The voice sounded familiar to Draco, it was his munchkins's voice.
Draco's pov
Is that Cass? How did she get here? Where is mother?
Author's pov
Draco sprinted out of the great hall in search of his baby sis. The walls seemed to be reaching out to him. After reaching near the entrance of hogwarts he found his baby calling out for him in a scared tone.
"dwaco, whewe are you dwaco?" cried Cassiopeia Libra Malfoy.
"Princess, what are you doing here alone?" asked Draco engulfing his siter in a hug.
She hugged him back tightly crying on his shoulders.
"Mum told me she was bwinging me to you and left me hewe"
"It's alright baby dont cry, you are safe"
Somewhere else in the great hall, Headmaster Albus Dumbledore along with Professor Snape and Professor McGonagall followed draco. Following him they saw the interaction between Draco and his sister.
