Trixie: And we're live! Hey all you slugirinos out there, I'm Trixie and I'm going to tell you about the story of the Slug Healer.

Trixie: The Slug Healer's story has been told over generators of Slugterra. It was said over 1000 years ago, a creature appeared within the forests of the 99 Caverns. It was long, dark, and had piercing cyan eyes. Those who had the unfortunately encountered this deadly creature were never seen again.

Trixie: Although, another legend states that if you left an offering at the edge of the forest, the Slug Healer would leave a gift in return. But, that all changed when the Shane discovered what a Slug Healer truly was. Well, who a Slug Healer really is. We met Mira, a nurse in Land's End Cavern when the Shadow Clan chief sent us off to find the Slug Healer. In a turn of events, our new friend turned out to be the Slug Healer! So, without further ado, Mira, will you tell us the real story of the Slug Healer?

Mira: *smiles* Of course, it would be an honor to speak about my ancestors. The story of the Slug Healer originated over 1000 years ago. There was a great evil that even the Shadow Clan feared. This great evil took all the caverns' slugs into their lair. My great ancestor, Arabella, had liberated the stolen slugs. Upon her escape, she unfortunately fell. One of the slugs she had recused, a White Boon Doc, came to her aid. With her dying breath, she asked the creature to forget about her and to help the others stay safe. The Boon Doc refused to leave her side. Instead, using its energy, it not only healed Arabella, but also blessed her. At the cost of this blessing, the slug had given its life for her. Using these new life, Arabella found she could heal humans, cave trolls, slugs, molenoids and almost anything that had slug energy within itself.

Mira: She returned to face the great evil once more, another ability came to light, a harm ray like the White Boon Docs were capable of. She used this attack to vanquish the great evil. The Shadow Clan watched her triumph and came to her. She discovered she could now understand the language of the Shadow Clan and the slugs. The Shadow Clan asked of her to be known as the Slug Healer and to aid them within their villages. Arabella accepted and became apart of the Shadow Clan under their priest's blessing.

Mira: Years passed as Slug Healers were born from Arabella's kin, each carrying on her abilities. The Shadow Clan protected them all as Arabella protected the slugs. In our present, I am one of those descendants.
