Jeon Jungkook, the only child of a very wealthy and high family...

Being the only child got him extra attention, love and care from his parents. He got everything he ever wanted. He never knew what loss or need felt like...... untill loneliness got to him.

Living in a huge house, getting whatever he wanted, anything he wanted - everything will be at his feet. He's like a prince...

              ...a lonely prince

Ever since he was born, at least 3 nannies would take care of him every day but not his parents.
His parents have always been busy. Running a top business didn't leave them any space or time to spend it together. They're all sometimes together in a family dinner, events or just hanging out- but that feeling of a family being together was rare.

They're always on business trips or busy with work..... Sure, they always provided all the wants and needs of their son but not emotionally. Never thought about that, never paid that much attention to their son's mental health.

As he grew up - he always tried to do his best. Tried to keep his grades up case he's the future heir of the company. He wanted his parents to be proud of him.
The teachers were all pleased by his good results. His parents praised him too.

He never got any friends. Never. Not even once.
He never become friends with anyone... never got the chance

On time- in second grade, he was sitting alone in his seat and he heard loud giggles behind him. It was a bunch of kids his age. They were laughing and looking at him. He heard a girl mentioning something about how he looks and they all started laughing again. He became very embarrassed and started to cry. The teachers asked what happened but he didn't say a thing, only cried and sobbed. His personal bodyguard took him home, that day he cried all the way back home. He was just a child back then and it left a scar on his mind forever.
He never told anyone anything but he always had an insecurity since then....he always felt weird.

That was when, his parents decided to home school him...

His parents always provided him the best teachers of the city
He hated socializing, hated people, hated someone staring at him. He never even talked to anyone...

He was always lonely and quiet

He found he's own peace in his bedroom, playing video games, listening to songs, reading books. He gave him his own company.

Of course it got lonely....no one to talk to, no one to share, no one to laugh with, no one to hang out.... just himself....but it was his life. It's been like this his whole life, he used to it, used of being lonely...

On the other side

Min Yoongi, son of a poor family in Daegu. Mother dead long ago. Father an alcoholic and has a small business in the village.
He came in the city Seoul to study and a for a better life away from his father.

He doesn't have much of the money to study, stay and live in the Seoul city.

He lives in a small apartment with a few necessary things and studies at Seoul university.....he isn't a good student but not a bad one either, he first got a scholarship then come here or he wouldn't have survived. He works at café with not much payment but enough to afford food for a day.

Life hasn't been very fair with Yoongi.

Growing up with a alcoholic father, he was abusive, he had a bad personality. He used to bring a whore at their house every night... he'll get drunk and beat Yoongi up.....one day he even attempted to kill him and Yoongi barely survived.....he hates his father more than anything.
