While they were stuck in the middle of town with the only stop light flashing yellow and Chris firing his 45 at every one of the things coming at them David slams on the gas and drive so Michael rolls down the window shooting out the side hitting them in the head like the stock of his gun is a bayonet. They continually drive shooting at all of them when a huge horde stumbles apon the road David then uses control and hits a rock and drives into the forest. The truck now leaking oil and gas out of the hood is completely done for, so they all get out of the truck with the dead things coming from every corner just shooting at every bloody skull they see, they run for dear life shooting and running until they meet a lake. David gets tackled onto the ground by one of them loosing his gun to the ground. He grabs a stick luckily sharp enough and jabs in through its head then throwing it to the ground. They really do need to find some kind of safe haven.
