"Please- Let us go!"
The dust of the barren, waste-filled planet filled the eyes of the bleeding astronaut. He tried crawling away, but pain seared through his body like a thousand needles. Small ashes came out of his left arm, which was completely cut off.
A foot stood in front of the man, looming over him like a ghoulish shadow. The astronaut felt himself being picked up, and was suddenly facing death. Or at least it felt like it. The man who picked him up had white eyes.From his body, red smoke emerged. The astronaut could only attempt to scream before he was cut out. Seconds later, his body dropped, headless.
The man who killed him took a breath, walking towards a small hill. Out in the horizon, a river of bodies was seen, along with scraps of a vehicle. He looked out on the large sun setting in the distance of the desert land, as his ripped cloak flapped through the wind like a bird. No, like a vulture.
"Long live the hybrids..."
