No one's POV:

The couple sat on the floor in Billies playroom, Looking for what toy Billie wanted to play with next.

She (bil) let out a small huff having trouble deciding what toy she was going to show mommy.

Mommy always made time for billie, even if she was in the middle of a crisis, she says billie deserves everything though billie never believed it.

"Mommy wook at all the toys" She says pointing to all the different varieties of toys that was once in a box but is now all over the floor.

'"Yeah I see them baby"

Though Maddie always played with billie she wanted a stronger bond. Work has been exhausting and took up most of her time.

With that she came up with the perfect idea...they were going to bake cookies.

Billie loves cookies and would always try to sneak some out from the jar when mommy wasn't looking.

"Hey princess?"

"Hold on mommy I playin"

"but-" billie cut off mommy by putting her finger over her mouth.

She continues stacking the small blocks on top of one another just for them to come crashing down.

"Uh oh mommy it falled" She says with a frown,

"It's ok princess. How about we make some cookies?"

With that billies eyes light up and smiles brightly. "Okie!" They get up and make their way to the kitchen and get a bag of flour from the cabinet

"Ok we need 2 eggs, 1 cup of water, some vegetable oil, Butter, and peanutbutter" ( I don't know that's even the ingredients) As soon as billie heard those words she ran to get the stuff.

Maddie POV:

After I told billie what ingredients to get she ran to the cabinets and drawers looking for them.

Before I could tell her to walk she trips and the eggs go flying in the air, butter on the floor along with the other ingredients.

I was prepared to hear her start crying but instead she laughs nonstop.

Seeing her happy never failed to bring a smile to my face, I start laughing myself Seeing her covered with egg yolk and some other stuff.

I try to walk over to her but failed by slipping on the butter on the floor.

This only makes billie laugh harder "Siwwy mama" I decide to go along with it and slip on purpose, she squeals and falls onto her back laughing.

A few seconds later I see her grab the stick of butter and crawl towards me.

Knowing what she was going to do next I grab a pizza pan from the counter and use it as a shield. I waited but she didn't throw it.

Curiously I peak my head out to see what she was doing. Bad idea. The exact moment she sees me she thorws it.

I can't let her get away with it that easily.

I get up and run to the fridge, grabbing a few eggs before gently cracking it on billies head.

She makes a disgusted face as the yolk drips down from her head to her shoulders.

"No mama" she whines
She puts her hands in the air in defense.

"Otay mommy I come in peace"

I think for a little before saying ok, I go to pick her up so I could put her in the bath.

Quickly she gets some flour and pours in all on my head. She falls onto the floor and starts laughing, maybe even crying a little due to how much she's been laughing.

*TIMESKIP*

Billies POV:

I sat in the bath tub playing with the bubbles and some rubber ducks mommy put in with me. She was downstairs cleaning the kitchen after what happened.

She said we could still make the cookies but we have to get cleaned up first. I really didn't mind.. I love taking baths, especially when mommy joins me.

Speaking of mommy I heard her open the the door walking toward the tub.
I immediately smile looking up at her.

"HI little one"

"Hi mommy, tan' make cookies now?"

"Of course princess, let's get you out of here " Mommy says picking me up and wrapping a towel around me.

She puts me into some pj's and takes us down to the kitchen. She already had the stuff ready so all we had to do was mix the ingredients.

"Here baby I'll let you mix"

I happily took the mixey thingy and started to mix. I mixed until mommy said it was time to start kneading it.

It felt like a big marshmallow just a little more sticky, when it was time mommy helped me roll them onto a pan. Soon putting them in the oven.

While we waited for the cookies to finish we sat in the living room watching the lorax.

The timer went off so me and mommy went to take them out of the oven. I was getting impatient because mommy said we had to let them cool off.

TIMESKIP

I put the cookie in my mouth instantly tasting the peanut butter and chocolate melt in my mouth.

I was getting sleepy seeing how it was pretty dark outside. I guess mommy noticed, she let me eat a few more before taking me into our room.

She tucked me in and put my paci in my mouth, she laid down next to me and spooned me.

"Ni ni mommy"

"Goodnight precious"
