The Unbeatable Level (Yuji Itadori x Reader)

The Unbeatable Level

-"(YYYY/NNNN)!" Yuji yells my name in the corridors. Probably from his room.

-"WHAT!" I yell back, from my own room. 

-"I NEED YOUR HELP, PLEASE!" Yuji pleads, gosh the others in the dorms must really hate us for the constant yelling.

-"FOR WHAT, YOU OAF!?"  

-"I NEED YOUR HELP WITH A LEVEL!!!"

-"OKAY! I'M COMMING!" I scram to grab my necessities and trying to get to Yuji's room before he yells anymore.

-"WOULD YOU GUYS SHUT UP!!" Nobara yells back at us.

-"SORRY!" Both me and Yuji apologize, as I rush into his room to help him.

-"Alright what do I need to help with this unbeatable level you're talking about?" I say, as I sit in front the tv screen that shows me that Yuji was trying to play "Super Mario World" on the Super Nintendo.

-"I just can't get past this one level, I've been at it or hours now." Yuji explains, slumping back into his seat beside me.

-"Alright, I can help. We'll beat this level in no time!" I roll up my sleeves and press A to start the "unbeatable" level.

-An hour later-

We're both on the floor. Exhausted. We tried many different ways but in the end, it truly is an unbeatable level. How can other people do this?

-"Sorry for not being able to beat this stupid level, Yuji." I apologize, while turning my head towards Yuji.

-"Nah, it's fine. At least I'm not the only one who can't beat it." Yuji smiles at me as he faces me as well. (Ack too bright!)

-"I do wonder though, how do we beat this stupid level? Maybe we could go on YouTube and find the answer?" I suggest, while sitting back up and grabbing my phone.

-"Oh! Good idea! Then we can actually see the answer and beat it ourselves!" Yuji chirps, as he sit back up beside me. He's really close!

We watch the video that's about 5 minutes long and once the video ends we both look at each other and burst out laughing at how simple the answer actually is and we we're just too dumb to realize it.

-"I can't believe it! It's that simple!" I wheeze out, after our burst of laughter.

-"I know! Man at least we know now! Let's finally beat the level!" Yuji rushes to grab the controller and click's to start the level all over again, I mean to think the answer was that simple and recalling each and every time we tried and failed we we're way off of the actual way to beat the level. I can even now recite the whole level song by memory, because we played it so many times!

-"YES!" Yuji turns to me as we hear the victory song from beating the level.

-"Oh my gosh, you did it Yuji. YUJI YOU BEAT THE LEVEL!!!" I scream and clasp my hands over Yuji's out of excitement.

-"We did it!" We both cheer, after finally, finally beating the "unbeatable" level.

Back again on the floor because of exhaustion.

-"Thank you for tagging along to help me beat this level, (Y/n)." Yuji turns his head towards me with that blinding smile.

-"No problem! I had a lot of fun doing it with you Yuji!" I smile back.

-"No I really mean it, I really enjoy my company with you. I mean you always make things a lot more fun, you always seem to make me happy when I'm around you. I really like you, (Y/n)." I was at a lost for words. So instead of using my words why not use my actions?! So I do a very cheesy and dumb idea and grab his face and smoosh our lips together. I did not last long but it did leave a shocked Yuji.
