Mostly known as the leader of the TEO group, she is known for her... extreme.. leadership tactics, she's quite the manipulator and makes herself look way stronger than how she really is. She doesn't actually have any way to defend herself anymore since her old gun had gotten lost a while after the first TEO raid to Paper's birthday party, if she wasn't so intimidating she'd probably be long gone now, and probably quite a while ago too. But don't get fooled by this! She may not be the strongest but with her crown she has been shown more aggressive than usual. The crown gives her more power, not only does it help her be the one in control of all the goo infected members of the TEO but it does give her more strength than what she had before, if I were you... I'd be careful around her. She wholeheartedly believes that Mic is the co-leader of the TEO and despite every single other member (including Mic) denying this she still believes this. For that reason, Mic is always given the most exclusive gadgets and the best of everything! We don't know why Taco does that, and even after Mic made it quite clear she doesn't wanna be a part of absolutely anything of what Taco does, she just can't seem to take the hint (or hints) and keeps on holding onto the thought that Mic really is the co-leader.

It's never directly said but it is obvious how Fan is somewhat the co-leader of the TEO, it's not official and Taco doesn't exactly agree to this since she considers Mic the co-leader, but to all of the other TEO members, Evil Fan is just the obvious (and unofficial) co-leader. Pre-getting infected by the goo he was more awkward and sometimes might've come across as silly, he was quite the introvert and he would've never been the one to start a conversation with anyone, he'd also spend the day blogging and doing research about the stuff he enjoys. But after getting infected with the goo he became in a way more... extroverted. He acts as a leader when Taco isn't around and he enjoys proving how useful he is, in fact, he likes being the one to capture most of the current TEO members and he is quite proud of all of his evil achievements. He is nothing but another example of a manipulator, he tends to act as if he cares about others but in reality there's not a single person he truly cares about that we know of. He usually acts sympathetic to make people trust him but if given the chance, he enjoys much more being creepy around those who he sees necessary. Not many have seen him mad and honestly... that's probably for the best. He is the most responsible member of the TEO and quite possibly the most deadly and apathetic too.
