It was November 6th, 1983. Will, Mike, Dustin, Lucas and Eren were playing dnd at Mike and Eren's house in the basement.
"..Something is coming, something hungry for blood.." Mike spoke out in a dramatic and intense voice.
"..A shadow grows on the wall behind you, swallowing you in darkness.. It is almost here.."
"What is it?" Will spoke in a scared voice,
"What if its the demogorgon, we're in deep shit if its the demogorgon" Dustin said
"Its not the demogorgon." Eren replied, confident.
"Eren! Mike! Time to end the game, its time for everyone to go home." Karen yelled loud enough so the kids in the basement could hear her,
"Five more minutes mom, please!!" Mike yelled back
"5 Minutes." Karen replied, yelling back.
"We should clean up, it's getting late anyways." Eren told everyone,
"You're right, you guys go get your bikes. We'll be up in a minute." Mike spoke in a bossy voice.
Eren and Mike started cleaning up while the 3 other boys went upstairs to get their bikes,
After Mike and Eren cleaned up they went upstairs to meet the boys.
"Stay safe on the way back please." Eren said, scared for them because it was really dark.
They all waved goodbye as they went off to their homes, they all went the same way until Lucas passed his home and then it was just Dustin and Will.
"Race to my house? Winner gets a comic"Dustin challenged Will.
"Any comic?" Will asked
Dustin nodded
Will heard enough and he started pedalling faster than Dustin to win a comic.
A few seconds later, Will reached Dustin's house.
"I'll take your X-Men one-three-four!!" Will yelled back to Dustin while pedalling to his house.
We go back to the Wheeler's house and focus in on Eren, she's climbing the stairs up to her bedroom. Once she gets in she closes and locks the door, she goes to a cupboard and opens it. She'd climb through the cupboard and end up in the Upside Down.
