I always thought that art was pretty
no matter the genre of art
everything was pretty
but I was never really artistic
but who knew that red lines on pale skin would be so calming
my own form of art
pretty to me but
not liked by others
that's why it was always hidden
much like an artist and their paintbrush'
I was a kid and their blade
who knew blood would be so calming
