Ganyu started at her Brother wide eyes searching for clues that it was only a joke to only find truth and pain "your...joking right ?" He shook his head and look to her room "no, that's why father Ask you to take her there along with you since military speaking your strongeur and higheur than me ganyu he Also want to pull on there heartstring for help during that War..." The realization slowly sinked in as she remember the électro and anemo archons talking to other about her daughter to the other archons before leaving to join her father and inform him of something "they used her..." Xiao nod gently and hug her already knowing what could happen

Ganyu's pov

I look down to him and free myself to walk to her room to sat on her bed to gently observe her smaller form "she'll need to be hidden and protected..." I turn to him to see xiao nodding i could Ask so many people to keep her hidden and safe but one name Always Come in mind a Friend of morax who's too old to go back to battle "Granny ping" i could see xiao look suprise and stare at me "you know she'll-" i cut gim off "i know yanfei will claw at her as she don't know who she is so i'll personnaly introduce her to yanfei tomorow..." I noticed xiao look at her "and what about cloud retainer ?" I took a deep breath and look at him smiling sadly "she'll go there imediatly to know where i am..." I noticed a small pinch of fear in his eyes "did...did you got a bit rusty in battle..." I stare at him close my eyes "go into the backyard you'll see..." He nod and left quitly i look at her and kissed her forehead before leaving her room

I go out to the backyard to look at him i sigh softly as lung at him at full speed to delivrer a powerfull hit he looked suprised and barelly dodge my attack as he jump back he got into a fighting stance "of course you want to prove it throught a fight" i stayed silent 'if he dodge then be faster' i blocked and dodge his attack to delivrer a good kick on his stomack puching him back with a groan in pain and stagger 'now...' i rush at him dodging his attack to block his head between my arms and hold him still on the ground as i kicked his leg for him to fall down

He groan as i let him go and stand up "i feel like your afraid of Hurt me and so decide to go easy on me xiao...remember i am still strongeur than you in presance, aura and maybe strengh now" xiao nod at me and look at the window i follow his gaze to see yanfei with the plush looking at us i frown softly seeing worry in her eyes i gulp and walk inside to stop in front of her room "i thouthg you were asleep yanfei" i noticed a small tear in the corner of her face "i had a nightmare...and why are you and uncle fighting ? did he do something wrong ?" i walk inside and bend down so i could be her height i wipe her tears away "no no he didn't it's just...something bad will happen and your uncle and i needed to train he didn't do something wrong i promise my dear" i gently kissed her forehead and picked her up "can i learn ?" i frown softly "maybe when your older your only 5 years old sweetie" i noticed a small pout as she hold the plush closer to her "the plush look a bit like granpa but smaller and more cuddly tho..." i smile a bit and hold her closer to me "just like you are small and adorable to me and uncle" i heard a tiny laugh coming from her and a yawn "tired ?" she nod against me but clung to me "i want to sleep with you...i'm...scared" i smile softly and rub her back gently i noticed xiao coming up to her and gently run his hand threw her hair "i bet the other would have absolutly love her" i nod and noticed pain yet joy in his eyes

i look at yanfei as she slep i laid down next to her as xiao leave "i'll let no one harm you no matter the consequence"  i hold her closer to me and closed my eyes to fell into sleep's embrace slowly as memory played again and again plan forming in my head keeping me a sort of awake as a reminder that yanfei isn't safe untill that "war" is over i open my eyes glaring at the wall 'i will make sure no one dare to hurt her and if i need to kill archons be damned i'll do it' i look at her sleeping face to see and felt her nuzzle closer to me her tiny claw blocking themself into my clothes 'i'll make sure of it i promise you that yanfei' i close my eyes once again feeling this time lighter about it as i finelly felt asleep for good

TIME SKIP because baby yanfei said so !

When i woke up yanfei was still asleep and in a star shaped position it bring a smile on my face as i sat on the bed i noticed i didn't changed and groan under my breath i stand up and goes to my room i pick a new set of clothes and walk inside the bathroom i took my shower and changed as i walk downstairs i noticed xiao sitting at the table "i knew you were still asleep and that you would wake up soon so i made you some coffee to keep you running sister" i huff and took the drink he offered me gently before drinking it i heard soft patter over us as xiao grin "look like the smell of pancake woke up some little xiezhi huh ?" i turn around to see her staring at us with her emerald little eyes as i neared her she smiled and jump to hug me i holded her making sure she didn't fall and walk over xiao whom she made grabby motions to i noticed she was still half asleep and let xiao carry her "not that i mind you cooking but you should keep an eyes on what you make unless you want to poison us dear youngeur brother" i flip the pancake to see yanfei gently stretching his check as to make him smile "mama is right uncle should be carefull but he would look more awesome with a smile on his face !" i snort as he grumble about 'going soft' and 'she's to pure' i sigh and finished preparing the plate "yanfei dear come eat your breakfast" i pour her a glass of milk(he need some milk !(if you have the ref be my friend !))  as yanfei sat down she nomed on them like a kitten both me and xiao clunched our heart at the cuteness of the picture in our memory only as i decide to eat my own plate of pacake before i noticed xiao standing rapidly on the brinch to grab his jade spear i noticed yanfei turnt to him i felt the aura of an archons nearby as i hiss under my breath and walk around the table

i stood in front of yanfei as i summon my bow aiming at the door as xiao has it's spear "mama...? is everything alright ?" i growled as the door open i shot the arrow for it to fly and land next to the head of the anemo archons who squeeled and clung to morax by the arm who looked suprised i frown "i really am getting rusty xiao i missed" i noticed yanfei look confused and clung to my leg "can i help mama ?" i turn to her smiling and shook my head as she move to xiao i bend down grabbing her attention "sweety can you go to your room ? i need to speak with...them" she nod smiling and rush upstairs to her room i turn to them and stand right "now...explain why you came here...if it's another meeting with archons don't...even try to make me bring yanfei as a tool for they're pity or else liyue will have an angry and bloodthirsty Qilin of there arms" i heard a gulp from the anemo archons as morax look down before nodding i hufff and put my bow away the same time as xiao put there spear away "i came as i was worried about yanfei's condition..." i glare at him and growl "yanfei in your room now..." i watch as she nod and run off upstairs as i heard her door close i hiss and as he was about to speak i fire an arrow next to him he gulp as he stare at me
