The Rose That You Gave Me

I grew up in my neighbours house , my family used to go on business trips every week for almost the whole week so they would just leave me at our neighbors house, he had an older son, his name is Eliot . We always got along even tho he was older, he was like a brother figure, the brother i never had. When he decided to leave i was devastated and cried for days, we kept in touch but it wasn't enough. I now live across the street from him in LA, i got a boyfriend , his name is Brandon, he isn't the best but he has his good times. We have been living here for like 2 years now and , to be honest, i love it.
B- Mads, I'm going to hang out with Clyde , i will be back later-I nodded and kept looking out the window at the people passing by . Clyde is Brandon's friend , they have known each other for awhile but i never really got to meet him. All I've heard is that he is very fun to be around. I turned my attention to my phone, i got a text from Eliot, "Stop looking so depressed" I looked back out and saw him looking at me through his window. He waved and i gave him a big smile. Eliot is a millionaire but he likes to live simple . He mouthed "Come over" and so i got up, put my shoes on and ran across the street . The door opened and i saw two more guys.
E- Hey, oh, this is Jason and this is Clyde- took me a second to process what he said .
M- Clyde? As in Clyde Reed?- i smiled a little
C- Yes- He smiled and shook my hand
M- Brandon told me about you- I looked at Eliot and then back at Clyde
C- Oh really?- I nodded and shook hands with Jason
E- Well , Clyde , Jason , Brandon and I are going to Tokyo next week. Are you down to come ?- He smiled hoping that ill agree
M- Sure thing - He hugged me and placed a kiss on my cheek
E- You're the best - I smiled .
The more i spent time with them the more i realized how different but alike they are . Eliot was this huge , muscly guy with long hair and a nice beard , fun and charismatic. Jason was a tall ,tan, athletic type, short hair and clean shaven, serious but also funny. Clyse, well built ,tall man with jet black hair , deep blue eyes and a scar going across his eyebrow. He had a lot of ear piercings and i can tell he has a few hidden tattoos under his shirt . He is a fun guy , exactly how Brandon told me . I kept locking eyes with him and we would just stare at each other for a few seconds . When i talked he always looked at my lips . That sent shivers down my spine and made me feel some type of way. As it was getting dark i decided tat i should head home , i said my goodbyes and left . Entering my place i could feel the smell of Brandons cologne .
M- Brandon?- I walked around until i saw him in our bedroom with another girl .
M-Are you serious ?- They both jumped
M- Are you fucking serious . - The girl got up and collected her clothes
B- Baby, please stop screaming- He got up and tried to grab my hands but i slapped him right before he would touch me
M- Don't you fucking dare touch me you piece of shit- At this point the whole building has heard me
B- Madison, baby, lets talk- He kept trying to calm me down
M- Talk?what is there to talk about? Get your stuff and get the fuck out of my house Brandon . OUT!- My vision was now blurry from all the tears
B- You know I don't have anywhere to go , you're my only home baby- He grabbed my waist and pulled me in
M- If you bring another whore in my house , the streets will be your home. Did you understand me ?- He nodded looking me dead in the eyes.

For that whole week Brandon was trying to make it up to me by getting me flowers and making me breakfast . The time to leave to Tokyo came and we all met at the airport . Eliot was dressed all nice like he always has , Jason was wearing a plain black shirt with some and sweats . Clyde was wearing black ripped jeans , a nice shirt that showed off his chest and a black leather jacket . Brandon was wearing sweats while I was wearing leggings and a plain black t shirt . We all dropped of our bags and headed off to our gate . We waited for a little bit and then we all got in the plane .

Arriving in Tokyo , we headed towards our hotel . We had 3 bedroom suite that we could settle in . We all picked our rooms and decided to text each other when we wanted to go out . I ended up falling asleep and napping for about 4 hours . I woke up to Eliot's sweet voice
E- Hey , are you coming out with us ?- I opened my eyes and looked at him
M- Yea, are we leaving now ?- I sat up
E- We can wait for you - I nodded and got up. He left the room so i can have my privacy and i changed into s basic outfit , tied my hair up and walked out the room, they were all sitting on the couch .
E- Ready?- I nodded . They all got up and we headed out . We decided to go to a restaurant for our dinner .

I sat down between Clyde and Brendan
C- isn't the legal age here 20?- a smile formed on my lips
E- Mads , no- he pointed his finger at me
M- Why? Let me have fun- I frowned
E- Last time you got drunk , at 18, you almost got ran over by a car because you decided that you will walk home , we loved right net to each other- He laughed
M- Yea but now i have 3 strong men with me - i smiled
B- There is 4 of us - he looked at me
M- Honey you're not a man yet- I got comfortable as the guys laughed . We Ordered some local dishes and some local drinks and i loved everything , maybe a little bit too much.

Waking up hangover is one of the worst things after a 13 hour flight , 4 hour nap and 3 more hours of sleep . I looked next to me , Brandon still snoring . I got up and walked to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. I also took a warm shower . I changed into leggings and a nice button up shirt. I walked out the room and saw Clyde getting some water .
M- Good morning - i smiled . He turned around and also smiled
C- Morning - I walked to the couch and sat down, he sat next to me .
C- How did you sleep?-he looked at me
M- Shit- he chuckled
E- Good morning sweet kids. - he smiled and kissed my head
C- Morning to you too- we both smiled
E- Where is Brandon?- He looked around
M- Sleeping like a pig- Clyde laughed
J- What are we doing today?- He yawned
E- We are going to go on separate ways and then meet back here at around 7ish to go eat and then head to the club - he looked at all of us
M- Sounds good to me - I got up
C- wanna go out on a walk with me till Brandon wakes up - he got up and looked at me
M- For sure . Let's go get breakfast - he smiles , I got up and walked to the door
B- Hey guys , we're are you going Mads ?- He fixed his bed hair and looked at me
M- Well , Clyde and I were going to go get breakfast - I smiled
B- You and Clyde ? I'll come along - he looked at Clyde up and down and went back to the room to change . Clyde sighed and leaned against the wall
E- Someone is overprotective . - he chuckled
M- Yea , and a complete dick- Eliot looked at me and could tell that something was off . Then looked at Clyde . He was looking at me like I was his meal .
C- You and I are going to get along pretty well - He smirked and looked into my eyes . I smiled at him and heard Brandon come back
B- let's go - he grabbed my hand and the 3 of us walked out

We ended up at a cafe . I sat next to Clyde and Brandon sat across from me , I could tell he was mad that he didn't sit next to me .
C- So what are we eating guys ?- I looked at the menu
M- hmmmm- he leaned in and looked into my menu
M- i think I'm gonna go basic and get iced coffee and a croissant - I smiled and looked at the other options
C- I'm going to go with pancakes - he looked at me . I looked at him and smiled
M- What about you Brandon ? - I turned my head to him and I caught him glaring at Clyde
B- Me ? Um... fried eggs and orange juice - He looked at me . The waiter came shortly after and we all ordered

After we exited the cafe I thanked Clyde for paying by giving him a big , warm hug .
B- Where do you want to go now ?- he pulled me away slowly
M- Let's see . How about we go shopping for a bit ?- I smiled . He nodded . Clyde followed along

Clyde and Brandon ended up buying most of the stuff while I came back to the hotel with a new pair of sunglasses .
J- Damn , you guys have been busy - he laughed
C- yea . Thanks to Madison I found some of the coolest outfits - he smiled and winked at me . I smiled wide and walked towards my room
