1- Prodigy comes to Weston

I couldn't stop fidgeting with my hands on the seat as I'm on the road by carriage to my destination and the risk I would take if something goes wrong even if I still hear their voices saying everything would go according to plan.

My name is Lucia Bollen, I'm the daughter of a French father and a Spanish mother and known throughout England as the 'most prestigious' for my knowledge that unfortunately nobody liked to see a woman, not even a young girl, be more intelligent than a man in our social class.

We, the Bollens, are the most important ones involved in the international trade that brought to the Queen's attention, among them there is also the Phantomhive family, led by Lord Ciel' six cousins. I've met them at parties... they're a little strange but very nice and I was able to share a lot of knowledge with them; until I received a request from them..

A week ago..
"Ma fille.. (My daughter..)" I had finished my homework when my parents entered my bedroom.

"Papa.. Mama.." I faced them as I could see they're serious. "What happened?"

Mama said "You know your father and I love you so much.." Oh no, don't tell me they're going for a divorce!? I got worried and she noticed it "calm down sweetheart, we are not going to divorce but.. there's something we want to tell you, remember we received a title from the Queen, right?"

"Yes?" I complied, still confused.

"We were entitled as the Queen' Guard Dogs to help her on difficult cases that not even the police can go further and the Ladies Phantomhive invited you to their mansion for a request.." hearing Papa saying the name Phantomhive gives me creeps. I never had nothing against the 'new' owners of the house but actually there is something in them, even their Butler.. however something warns me to not think too much about it or it will go bad for my side.

I wouldn't insist my parents that I didn't want to go because it was their job to do it as 'investigators', but they responded that I also have that title even if I'm still young for it.

Also, I couldn't return back because I was already in front of the infamous Phantomhive mansion.

"Lady Bollen, welcome.." A deep calm toned voice greeted me, it was the household's Butler. He faced me in a polite way despite his mysterious red eyes that seemed like he wanted to take out my soul.. I would greet him back but I didn't remember his name. "My name is Sebastian Michaelis, Lady Bollen.." Oh my God, it looked like he read my mind.

"My apologies Sebastian, I'm nervous because it is my first time arriving here without my parents.."

He giggled "No need to worry, also my Ladies will explain everything to you. Please, follow me.." Sebastian gestured for me to get inside and I followed him to the community room revealing the six girls. The only thing I knew was they're cousins but still strange in my opinion, they all faced me.

"Come sit with us.." one of them gestured as I sat on the couch she pointed out; with all introductions set, Sebastian had returned with a kart of tea set with the tea ready and cake serving us all. The one, Lady Amber, could see I was nervous. "Do not need to feel nervous, after all Lady Lucia, our family and yours have been working together long ago.."

"Yes, and we heard the tragedy happened at Campania .."

"We.. don't want to discuss what happened there.." I knew that I shouldn't have talked about it but before I could apologize again, Lady Danielle interrupted me. "Don't apologize, we know you didn't want to mention it besides the mission went wrong."

Then Lady Amber continued. "Anyways, we cannot let you waste enough time as we will tell you our request. Sebastian?" The Butler nodded as he brought us a big envelope as he put it on the table. "Your parents and us had received a letter from the Queen herself telling us about a very difficult case to solve, a young upper class boy named Derrick Arden and some students had disappeared a long time ago and it worries her. The last time he was seen it was at the school they attended.."

She showed me a photo of the school and I was surprised. "Weston College? It's a well known school, how can it be possible around a student's disappearance?"

"That's why we called you here" Lady Minji pointed at me "We want you to attend Weston College to bring us information.."

"Wait wait, that's impossible because it's a boy's school and I can't-"

I got interrupted again by Sebastian this time. "Lady Bollen, they changed the road because they made an agreement with a girls' school as Weston College is now a mixed one. Also, this envelope is for you.." I opened the big envelope and I saw some papers with Weston College's crest and another familiar one: they made an agreement with my private school and I, including some of my classmates, was selected to attend at Weston because of my grades and my parents had already signed the copy of the entrance's acceptance letter.

On my way to Weston and rereading all over again, I realized that I was accepted because of my grades but the good thing is that I could continue my studies there to not lose any subject and maybe I could find someone known from my college.. "Mademoiselle (My Lady).."

"Yes?"

"We are here."

I peeked on the carriage window as I saw the entrance of Weston College, looking there it's hard to believe that it's the place some students had disappeared.. "Okay Lucia, don't need to be scared, all you need to do is to have a normal school life and to give information to Ladies Phantomhive through letters and do the possible and impossible to not get caught." I thought to myself as I took a deep breath and stepped out of the carriage carrying along my luggage before I entered the school.

The campus itself was huge: the large main building was a chapel, the library and the main classes and maybe from far away I could see four big houses, probably the dormitories..

"Lucia?"

That voice, it can be. I turned around and I faced a familiar face "Katherine?" We both hugged "You're here?"
"Yeah I was chosen to study here, also I knew you would be at this school too.."

"Actually, I was caught by surprise.."

"Hm? What do you mean?"

"Hum.. well, that's a long story.." Damn, I almost said it. "Now I have to confirm my registration and see which dormitory I'll stay in." Katherine gave me a 'see you later' and I went to check my entrance.
