((Mostly filler here. Implied stuff at the end. Pretty much I'm rereading The Forgotten Warrior right now and there are just a few things I want to put a spin on))

Hollyleaf blinked, trying to get her eyes to adjust to the sun high above her head. Everything was so much lighter than in the cold stone incased world she had spent so many moons in. I should go back before anyone else sees me. The black cat thought, nodding farewell to the two younger ThunderClan warriors in front of her. As she began to turn around to step back into the gaping maw of the earth a voice sounded behind her. She could barely make out the words, which were muffled by the low buzzing in her head as she realised that she no longer would be thought dead by everyone. But she stopped as she recognized who had called out- no one other than her brother Lionblaze. She turned her head around as he came crashing down through the ferns to the small glade the entrance to the tunnels was in. She was tempted to jump back into the earth, but she was now face to face with Lionblaze who looked confused and ecstatic. He said something else she could not hear behind the buzz in her head. I should go make sure Fallen Leaves is fine. She thought. Lionblaze prodded her side.

"Hollyleaf, how are you not dead?" He asked. She just shrugged. One of the two other Warriors shuffled around, the scar covered one spoke up.

"We should get back to camp." The she-cat said. Hollyleaf nodded.

"You three should." She said.

"Nope. You too. I am not loosing you again." Lionblaze said, bending his head down to grab her by the scruff. She twisted out of his grip. There was something alluring about the thought of going back to ThunderClan, but after everything she'd done she was quite certain she didn't deserve to go back. But none the less she sighed and faked a scowl.

"I've got legs, I can walk there on my own." She huffed. Lionblaze nodded before turning around and climbing back up to the general forest floor. Hollyleaf followed suit. She glanced over at the two younger cats.

"Who are you two?" She asked. The one of them who was far fluffier grinned then spoke.

"I'm Dovewing and this is my sister Ivypool!" She chirped, motioning to the other cat. Hollyleaf nodded. How long have I been gone? I know more than a couple leaf bares passed. So at least ten seasons. Hollyleaf sighed, and gazed around at the forest. It looked different from how she remembered it, but also exactly the same. She was so busy looking carefully at the leaves and grass to check for changes and new growth she hadn't even realized that they'd reached the camp until she nearly ran into the brambles. Ducking through them she looked around. Something about the stone hollow was different, but she couldn't quite pinpoint what. After a few moments she saw a familiar gray face before she was practically tackled by the cat.

"Hollyleaf? Is it really you?" The gray cat asked, voice cracking. Hollyleaf half smiled.

"In the flesh." She said, as she was practically drowned in fur. The gray cat brought their face to hers.

"So... Cinderheart. How are you?" She asked hesitantly, trying not to be too awkward. Cinderheart sort of shrugged.

"I've been okay. How about you?" She asked, squeezing Hollyleaf.

"Alright I suppose." Hollyleaf said, in her most aloof voice possible. Cinderheart snickered.

"Ever the mysterious one." She said grinning. Hollyleaf nodded and let out a laugh. Cinderheart after a moment jumped up and off of Hollyleaf.

"It's been forever... where'd you go? Everyone thought you were dead." Cinderheart said, voice suddenly soft and shaky. Hollyleaf's tail drooped.

"I... I just... it's a very long story. I- I'm not sure I exactly would care to recount it right now. Would it be okay if that waited until a bit later? I should probably tell my family I'm back after all." Hollyleaf said, rubbing her paws. Cinderheart nodded and smiled.

"Then I'm coming with you!" She declared, stepping up next to the black cat. Hollyleaf blushed as Cinderheart's fur brushed up against her. Cinderheart looked at her, smiling and her ears rosy with a blush as well. Just like before.
