There are many things I have walked in by accident.
But I have NEVER walked in on a lady showering.
I instantly pressed against the nearest tree, and went to the other side, but I knew she already heard me, from the sound of her hysterical scream.
"You are disgusting!" She exclaimed, and I gritted my teeth.
I listened to her get out and put on her clothes.
"So what do you want, a duel?" She demanded, as she walked over to me, glaring at me.
I glared back, and turned away.
"Not anymore." I growled. I was about to walk away, when I felt a blade against my neck, and I rolled my eyes.
"If you didn't want a duel, why did you come here?" She asked, and I would've flinched, if I wasn't self conscious about any facial expressions. I couldn't let her know about the mission I planned to fail.
"Talk, or your blood will stain this grass." She threatened, and I groaned.
"Fine. I'm supposed to bring you back to my king so we can end this war, and possibly make your army the human's slaves or whatever." I grumbled, and her eyes widened.
"You what?!" She shrieked, and I pulled the knife away from my throat, knowing she didn't have the very thought of slicing my throat at the moment.
"And you agree with this?" She demanded, glaring daggers at me. I shrugged.
"Only to stop this war. I'd much rather sacrifice one person instead of have thousands more die." I admitted, and I thought I saw hurt in her eyes, but it was gone quicker before I could develop a thought.
"I guess that's noble. But I won't be coming with you." She answered, and I snorted quietly.
"Good. I don't want you to." I told her honestly.
"Huh?" She studied me, and then locked eyes with my bruised cheek.
I turned away quickly, and began to walk.
"Just tell people you defeated me or something. I'm going back home... By the way, are there any cliffs nearby?" I asked her, and she stared at me quizzically.
"Why?" She asked, innocient curiousity now shone in her eyes.
I didn't want to tell her because I needed to hurt myself somehow, so I chose jumping off a cliff. Heck, if she follows me, then she could push me off herself!
"First, you must tell me exactly why you're not kidnapping me. You said that I could end the war in the human's grasp. But why aren't you doing anything then?"
I flinched, and began to walk quickly.
"Forget it. I'll find the cliff in my own territory." I growled, but she followed.
"Why are you following me?! We're enemies! You hate me!" I snapped, but she was consistent.
I finally reached my own territory, and as soon as I stepped into it, I drew my sword.
"You're not allowed in human territory, catori." I tried to seem threatening, but she gave me an annoyed expression.
"Well you just strolled into my territory!"
"That's different!"
"How so?!"
"..."
I sighed and slouched a little.
"Just go back to your little village or whatever. I have things to do, and I don't feel like fighting. Or talking." I explained, looking back at the sky. Judging by the color of the sky, it was soon going to be sunrise, and I was tired and just wanted to sleep. But I have to train the soldiers at sunrise, so I have to hurry.
I looked back, and shook my head, waving my sword threateningly, before I rushed off towards the castle, not caring if she followed or not.
I got to the small city and I paused to get my breath back.
People already began to walk the streets, and I rushed to the castle.
I got to the training yard, and saw that all the knights were here, talking among themselves.
I cleared my voice loudly, and everybody immediately got into rows.
"I apologize for being late. Now then, continuing last session, we shall break into two groups, and head to the woods, playing old fashioned capture the flag.
The rules are the same. Wooden sword, try to avoid hitting the head, unless if necessary.
First team to bring the flag back to their flag, wins. I shall also be joining this too." I smirked when people groaned, and gulped.
"Alright, I'll start organizing you then."
