Six royal zodiacs sat at a long table, stretching from the doorway to an elegant marble fireplace. They sat in silence as they watched a recording Cancer took of the lottery drawing. Aries coughed, breaking the silence. "So Cancer, how do you feel about Capricorn getting chosen?" She asked politely. "I'm not really sure, I am quite excited though." Cancer giggled. "It's not even a big deal, you've barely even spoken to him before." Virgo spouts in annoyance. "It is to her Virgo, he is her half brother anyway," Leo says defending Cancer. "Yeah, who even invited you here Virgo," Leo says glaring at him. "This is the student council is it not? He's a member of the council just like everyone else," Libra recalls.
"Everyone stop fighting, I think we're all just a bit shaken up from the lottery." Aries takes charge and pull out a folder from her lap. She spread the folder out on the table, taking out each student ID at a time. "As the student council, I think we should each give them a tour of Floral Gates, this way they know they can rely on us to help them throughout the year." Aries smiles and picks up the IDs and gives one to each of the council members. "I think that's a horrible idea but okay Aries." Pisces pouts. Cancer lifts her feet off the table and frowns in disgust.
Cancer POV
I looked at the ID Aries had handed me and she had handed me Capricorn's. I rolled my eyes and glared at her. "Did you hand these out randomly?" I questioned Aries while reading out the ID information. "No, I gave you each the ID that I think you would be best at helping based on your connections, like for example I gave Leo Gemini's ID because they're friends." She smirked at me and took a seat. I leaned over next to me at Pisces and saw that she got Scorpio. "Lucky, you got a girl," I said to her smiling. I and Pisces have been best friends since kindergarten, she's pretty used to me invading her space. "Ehh...I've heard pretty mean things about her." Pisces recalls while setting her ID on the table. "Oh, like what?" I asked curiously. Leo scooted her chair over to us. "I heard that she killed someone in a lake before!" Leo whispered shouted. I and Pisces both gasped dramatically. "What?...I'm serious," Leo pouts at us not believing her. "All I've heard about her is that she gets in a lot of physical fights," Pisces recalls, probably from the newspaper. "I'm quite jealous they can do that there, I've wanted to beat Virgo's ass countless times," I said giggling while looking at him. Libra walked over to us and rested his arm on Leo's chair. "Cancer you know we can't talk like that here, unfortunately." I can't really ever get upset at Libra for being a party killer because he's always right about this stuff. "I know, sorry," I said smiling at him. He smiled and walked away to go talk to Aries.
Libra POV
"Hey, Aries? I think you forgot my ID." I said politely, looking at her for answers. "Oh right! You got Sagittarius, he was the last one I got in the folder so I must've misplaced his." Aries says in a kind manner while taking out his ID. "Thank you, I'm sorry for the bother" I answered while heading back to talk to Virgo. "I actually got Saggitarius not Taurus so you were wrong," I said while laughing at Virgo. We had a bet about who we'd get and he guessed I'd get Taurus. "Ugh..." He groaned as he pulled out a hundred-dollar bill and handed it to me. "Who'd you get?" "Aquarius." He said while putting her ID in his pocket. "She looked pretty chill, you're just lucky you didn't get Capricorn." "Why?". "Well, you know all hell is gonna break loose between him and Cancer on orientation day." Cancer might act like she doesn't care but I know deep down she's been anticipating this for a while. "I guess so," Virgo says sighing.
Aries POV
I sat down back in my seat and looked at the ID I got left with. I was happy getting Taurus, he looks like he has the most potential to fit in between all the delinquents. The six of them all took a test to see which classes they should be put in and he got the top score among them. I've already noticed the tension between us and the delinquents and we haven't even met them yet face to face. Honestly, I'm not too thrilled having delinquents here but I'm willing to give them one chance but that's it.
3RD PERSON POV
A week went by and it was already orientation day. The delinquents stood staring at the boat that was about to sail them to the school. Gemini clutched his suitcase and stared at Capricorn and Scorpio. The tension between them was unbearable. "This boat looks like shit, are you guys trying to drown us before we even get to the school?" Scorpio grumbles looking at the captain. "You're extremely lucky to be coming here in the first place, don't complain." Scorpio laughed "We're extremely lucky for having a chance to not rot in a disgusting hellhole for the rest of our lives?" She shoots back. "She's right you know." Sagittarius agrees with her. Sagittarius bumped his elbow into Capricorn and he nodded. Taurus was just glad he was finally getting to go to his dream school so he couldn't complain. Hell, Taurus would be happy going there on worse but Scorpio was getting on his nerves.
The delinquents boarded the ship and sat down. Aquarius took a seat next to her brother, pulling her suitcase onto the table. "Are you excited to see Leo?" She asked him while reapplying her lipgloss. "Of course I am, I'm just worried about the rules there, I don't wanna feel restricted or some shit, ya'know?" He crossed his legs and got comfortable in his seat. "Mhm, I understand." She recalled back. "Maybe there'll be a cute girl you'll like there," Aquarius said giggling at him. Gemini swallowed a lump in his throat. Gemini had already been liking Leo for years but doesn't wanna ruin their friendship, plus he doesn't think she'd like a delinquent like him. "Yeah maybe..."
The boat took sail as the six zodiacs got ready for their new lives.
