'I woke up in some sort of primitive looking cell. I glanced around and I saw an orcish woman sitting on a box looking bored. "Tell me, why are you here? Did you make trouble?" She asked me. "Obviously. I wouldn't be in here otherwise, now would I?" I said with a slight smirk.
"Is this first time behind bars for you? Or is this something you have done before?" She inquired of me. "Not at all. I've been behind bars many times before." I decided to indulge the orc, as I hade a feeling she would be quite helpful- and maybe there is a small part of me who wants to know her. (A/n Read: She's hot.)"What's your name?" I asked her. "Rixia. Yours?" "Enna"
"And how is experience here?" "Well, I do prefer to be on the other side of the bars." I responded.
"How is food?" "Incredible. 10/10 would eat again." I said sarcastically"Does it bother you to sleep on floor? How is your back?" "Well it's not my favorite, but I'm used to it so it doesn't bother me that much." She gives me a bit of a curious look. "I'm an aventurera." And she nodded in understanding.
"What is worst part, you think? So far?"
"Not being able to kiss you." I stated. "I- um- what?" She asked me, flustered and stumbling over her words. I just chuckled with a slight laugh."H-how will you get out, then? Would you make escape, or try to prove you are not guilty of crime?" She asked, recovering. "We'll have to see, if it takes more than a day I will find my own way out." I responded.
"If you do have trial, what will you tell them? How are you defending yourself?" "People find I can be quite.... er- persuasive when I need to be."
"Do you think you would be good at this? Do people believe you when you tell them things?" "Usually, yes." I smiled."Really though... do you make crimes? Sometimes?" She inquired. "Sometimes?" I parroted. "No. All the time. It's kinda my job.
"What is the worst crime you have made?" "I massacred a royal family and sent a kingdom into anarchy." I said nonchalantly. She looked at me with a look of *I have officially fallen in love with you*"What drives you to make these crimes, do you think?" She asked with new curiosity. "Some people just want to watch the world burn."
"If you died here, who would miss you?" "My brother Bow."
"What would not get finished, if you died?" "I- I'm not sure" I said after a long pause.
"If you become ghost, who do you haunt?" "Ha! That one's easy: Eizera, My childhood best friend." She smiled at that.
"Give me your pitch. Why should I unlock door?" "Because I'll get out either way and if you let me out we can run away together, away from all this." My voice took on a wistful note at the end.She thought for a moment, then she got up and opened the door, smiling at me. I get up, took three strides and cupped her face, pulling her into a kiss. We pulled away and smiled at each other.
I stepped back, gesturing for her to lead the way. Rixia grabs my hand and pulls me out of the building. We found horses that we were able to get away on and rode. Not away from something but toward something new and exciting.'
"And that children, is how I met your mother." I say to the half-orc children sitting in front of me. I look up and see the beautiful orcish woman standing in front of gazing at me with a loving look in her eyes. "It sure is." She confirms, solidifying my story as truth to the children.
