Yeonja helping trainees out

Many fans have seen how Yeonja is passionate about her career and also what she loves.

Yeonja was seen sitting down in the chair looking at each new trainee that is going to be part of JYP.

Since she is training many trainees, during the survival show ( you can think of anything )
Yeonja was seen watching them closely until many fans knows how strict she is, when people mess up and so she would give constructive criticism. Yeonja sighed " did you guys understand the dance move just now ? Let me know  what you do believe is wrong, tell me that my teachings of dance is not really working for you. "

Yeonja said as she gotten up and spoke up " I may be pregnant, but it does not stop me in helping everyone in this place. I want you all to be successful, I want you to understand that I am not like any of your past teachers that can give you an A for slacking and not showing effort. If you want me to teach you how to dance, you want me to help you, you need to learn how to do it, take a look at your feet, Is it in the correct counting positions ?
Right now, it's not oh brother and sister, this is teacher and student relationship.

So remember, you chose this route, you want to be an artist, you have to believe in yourself that your the star, your the artist, your the person in your heart, you can do it, if you just try. "

All the trainees was listening closely as she monitor them " 5,6,7,8, look at your feet, listen to the counting! 5,6,7,8 "
" pay attention to yourself in the mirror, look at the details, know what you need to do to become successful. Now please, listen again closely, let's take things slow, 5,6,78 ! "
All the trainees looked at Yeonja as she nodded and spoke up " you in the pink hair, smile, show expressions, show me Rihanna, show me Beyoncé, show me star, and show me dancer ! "

The female then nodded and yeonaj spoke up " we all are not the best at certain things, I do not want you to feel like you need to be perfect at everything. You come here to learn and get better, it do not matter whether your a bad dancer or not, I want you to get better, I want you all to try, it do not matter whether you gotten the steps right, I want you all to have fun, just because I'm strict does not mean I hate you all. No, that is not what being strict is, strictness is letting you all know about constructive criticism, there is differences between strict and mean.
It does not matter whether you gotten the steps down right, what matters is that you all tried. So enjoy your dancing, stop thinking this is torture.

Exercise is supposed to be fun, and you guys have to make it enjoyable. That is why I am telling you to show expression, show me that you are the star, believe in yourself and have confidence! You cannot dance without some enjoyment and positivity and confidence.
Do you understand? "

All the trainees nodded as they sat carefully while listening closely and understanding that Yeonja is not as intimidating as what people say, Yeonja is very down to earth person and very inspirational.

No wonder they have been shocked by how much Yeonja pushes them to be a star. She wants them to do there best and to not give up.

Yeonja encourage them and also showed them the minor mistakes and told them what they need to improve.

Yeonja is not only a model or actress, but a professional dancer, since she used to be in SKZ, she learnt from her members and that is how she improved a lot throughout her idoling career. Thanks to her members for guiding her and teaching her ways to improve, she is forever grateful to everyone who has helped her from the lows to highs.

The trainees understood and hope to continue to be Yeonja's students.

All fans around the world and Korea, loved how much care she showed and love to her trainees and told them inspirational words.
