"A normal day"-Chapter 1

~Start~

Player's Pov:

It was just a normal day as a lucella police officer, nothing could go wrong. The incident was 2 years ago. Everyone moved on from it..except me. But you cant turn back time.

It was morning, not the time i usually wake up. It was 5 am, I wake up at 6. But i didnt mind, at least i'll be early at the lucella station.

I got up and did my routine as usual, ate breakfast, showered, changed into my uniform and brushed my teeth.

I'm still surprised on how i actually could sleep. I barely get enough sleep ever since the infection started, it did end but i still dont get sleep due to my job.

As walked out of the door fixing my tie, I stepped on something. I moved my foot and it revealed a glowing golden key. I picked it up while wondering the thought, "where does this belong to?"

I put it in my pocket and continued to walk to the station, "what is this key? What does it lead to?" I murmered to myself as i reached the station, i walked in to see poley and doggy fighting over a doughnut, silly dudes, I walked to my desk and started doing what i usually do, check the prisoners, their reports, etc. Just a normal day.

~in the afternoon~

No one's pov:

"Heyaaa playerrr👹" Willow weirdly said that as player was doing reports, player yelled in shock as she pointed the gun she was holding at willows neck

"Puts the gun down WILLOW WHAT THE ACTUAL ₣Ʉ₵₭?!?!? YOU SCARED ME!!" Player yelled as she fixed her hair, willow just laughed and asked what player was doing, player didnt respond and just continued to do the reports.

"Say, what are you even doing here, Winter wolf?" Doggy said while looking at willow while trying to reach the doughnuts player put on the shelves

"Not with my other nickname again Doggy" Willow yelled at doggy as he laughed, they continued on fighting until player said "Come on you two, it's a literal station, lower your voices", both of them got embarassed but still glared at each other, poley and player just giggled together and they continued doing their work while willow went to the refinery to greet the old tsp members.

~end of their work~

"See you tomorrow player!!" Doggy yelled as he waved goodbye to player and went home with Poley, player waved back and went to a near by coffee shop. Player took a quick nap...but something happened.

Player's pov:

I woke up in a dark place, no light. I took out my mini flashlight and started to explore. After going a few steps away from where i was, voices started echoing. "Use it", it echoed. It went on over and over again. It annoyed me.

I covered my head with my hands begging it to stop. It just became louder and LOUDER and ⱠØɄĐɆⱤ till i couldnt take it anymore. I ran. Ran and ran as far as i could. But it felt like the voices were following me. I looked around, hoping to find an exit to this nightmare. I explored and ran for hours. Still, nothing. I then took a step somewhere and fell into the abyss.

I woke up, drenched in sweat. Willow was looking at me like i was some crazy person or something..

"Ay Valerie you good there?" She asked me, she never uses my name unless she's worried.

"Why are you suddenly so worried about me willow..?" I asked while reaching out for my hair tie to remove it.

"Well why cant i? Isnt it normal for friends to be worried for their friends?" She replied. I was in utter shock when she said "friends". "Did she actually consider me as a friend?" I asked myself. I acted normally and said "Just leave me alone..I need time."

I need to know what's going on. Could it be this key?
