Long long ago their was a wolf pack made and formed by the great alpha and a magical resource call the Emerald moonstone. The emerald moonstone kept the wolfs alive and strong.
Lucius Malfoy was the alpha of the pack when the great alpha wasn't around or had to deal with other stuff. Is mate/wife Narcissa Malfoy née black was pregnant with a boy so she wasn't active much.
One day Dumbledore and the order of the Phoenix came and attacked the wolf pack and took the stone and the great alpha. And the stone and the great alpha were never to be seeing again so they thought she was dead.
