Once Upon A Beasts

Chapter 1

A young teenage girl of about 15 years old could be seen running through the forest as she was being chased by a pack of wolves. Her name was Amalia Snow Swan-Jones, daughter of Emma Swan and Killian Jones -aka Captain Hook- as well as the younger sister of Hope Swan-Jones. She had long dirty blond hair that she wore pulled up in a ponytail and green eyes, and the outfit she wore consisted of a gray tanktop shirt and a pair of jeans.

'Seriously? How did this happen?!' Amalia was thinking to herself frantically as she continued running from the wolves.

She had also lost her shoes somewhere along the way as the wolves were chasing her.

'All I did was trip while out shopping with my sister, and the next thing I knew I somehow found myself here in this strange world. And I didn't even have a magic bean on me to create a portal or anything!' She quickly glanced back over her shoulder as she continued to run. 'Crap! They're gaining on me...'

She soon stopped next to a tree to catch her breath for a moment but when she turned around the wolves were suddenly surrounding her.

"Stay back! You wouldn't want to eat me, I'm too skinny!" she said as the wolves were closing in on her. 'Oh come on, think! What do I do? I could just use magic to defend myself, but it might not be a good idea in a world that I'm unfamiliar with.'

Just then something unexpected suddenly came to her rescue in the form of a leopard who appeared out of nowhere and killed one of the wolves, before turning towards the rest of them while giving a loud roar that ended up scaring them all off.

Amalia blinked in surprise, as she just watched this leopard carefully. 'Bloody hell, am I dreaming? I've heard of dolphins saving people, but a leopard? That's new,' she thought to herself.

The leopard then turned towards her and began to change into his human form, albeit naked. But she had to admit to herself that he was quite handsome.

'Great, and now it just turned into a human. And a naked one at that,' she thought to herself in surprise, though it wasn't too much of a surprise to her considering Ruby/Red Riding Hood's ability to turn into a wolf back home in Storybrooke. 'But at least Ruby isn't naked when she changes back into her human form though.'

The leopard boy continued to stare at her. 'She's so pretty! How could such a beautiful female exist?!' he thought to himself as he felt his heart thumping in his chest.

"Um, w-what are you doing?" Amalia suddenly said uncomfortably when he moved closer to her and sniffed her, "And why aren't you wearing any clothes?" she asked him, blushing as she tried to avert her eyes from looking at him.

"So what? It's not like there's anyone around," the leopard boy replied.

Amalia tried to get up to run away but then cried out when she felt a sharp pain in her ankle.

"Female? Are you alright?" the leopard boy asked worriedly.

'Why me? When did I get cursed with this bad luck...? What does he even want?' Amalia thought to herself tearfully before wincing at her throbbing ankle. 'It hurts...'

"Female?" the leopard boy said again worriedly as he was now right up in her face.

Amalia blushed. "Oh, u-um... I-It's ok, I'm fine. Thank you for saving me."

"Good. I'm Parker. I'm a male from the leopard clan! What clan are you from?" the leopard boy, now known as Parker, then asked her.

Amalia looked confused for a moment before remembering that she still had no idea where she was, so she knew she just had to go along with it for now without revealing herself to avoid being burned at the stake or anything like that. She smiled. "Why don't you go ahead and guess?"

"You're so pretty, so I'm guessing the fox clan?" Parker guessed.

Amalia sweatdropped. "Uh, maybe guess again..."

"Peacock? Mermaid? Tiger, bear, leopard, hawk, snake, ape?" Parker continued to guess as he listed off the other animal clans.

Amalia looked thoughtful. 'Well humans evolved from apes... So what could go wrong if I blend in with that one?' She smiled. "Bingo! I'm from the ape clan."

"Why are you alone in the forest? It's far too dangerous for females," Parker asked her worriedly.

Amalia knew she would have to make something up as she began to explain. "Well you see... I accidently got separated from my clansmen and wandered here alone. So, um, what is this place?" she then asked him.

"That's alright then!" Parker said.

Amalia blinked. "Huh?"

"Since you're a female and I found you... from now on, you're mine!" Parker told her while smiling, "I'll bring you back to my tribe," he said.

He then changed back into his leopard form and went underneath her so that she was now sitting on his back as he was soon running off to take her back to his tribe with him.

'What the hell is going on? But still, his fur is so warm... And he doesn't seem to harbor any ill intentions towards me. So I guess I should be safe for now, at least until my family is able to find me,' Amalia thought to herself as she decided to just stay with Parker for now.

Hope you like it! ^^  I'll also be tweaking Bai Qinging's original dialogue just a little bit, just to make it fit a little better with my OC's personality.
