"What if Jamie is the killer?" Jeremy asked from where he stood.
"How could you say that?" Cameron asked angrily from where he stood, he was once again holding the shotgun. "I think you're the killer!"
"You're a liar, I didn't kill anyone!" Jeremy yelled back.
"Then why did you set these traps?" Cameron demanded.
"I didn't set any traps!" Jeremy yelled back.
Jeremy just groaned and reached behind him and grabbed the pistol from his jeans and removed it. All eyes followed the weapon as it was lifted and aimed, then when Jeremy pulled the trigger and a spray of blood was sent across the walls and a girl dropped dead instantly they all looked at him. "Jigs up, I guess" he laughed.
People began to scatter, and he followed them with the gun and fired multiple times. A girl was screaming and running up the stairs when the bullet went through the back of her neck, her body came crashing down to the floor with blood oozing out. At this moment Cameron grabbed the shotgun and ran out of sight as Jeremy began to execute some of the others one by one. When he aimed at a boy who was pressed into the corner he smirked and stormed over towards him.
"Any last words, asshole?" Jeremy snickered as he aimed the gun at his face.
"Don't do anything stupid, I-"
The bullet exploded into his skull and he dropped. "Don't fucking tell me what to do" Jeremy snickered.
Jeremy walked over to another victim who was writhing in pain on the ground and kicked him in the head.
"You think that you can escape me? Ha!" Jeremy yelled as he looked around. "Everyone be a good boy and lay still!"
All of the others just lay there frozen and catatonic as he walked over to the house and stepped in. He walked through the front door and walked through the foyer and into the dining room where the girl was lying on the floor. Those who didn't get away in time were now trapped with him. Cameron was hiding in the basement of the house, and a few others had managed to get into the bedrooms downstairs and upstairs.
"Come out, come out wherever you are!" Jeremy hollered.
Cameron was standing beneath the living room with the shotgun raised up. He tried to follow the sound of the footsteps above him but he couldn't risk accidentally killing someone else.
Jeremy aimed the gun at another and pulled the trigger but it clicked, he looked at the weapon then chucked it to the floor and pulled out his knife and sighed deeply. He looked around then walked across the room and snatched the bat from the doorway that Jamie had left. He swung it around multiple times before he swung it down and cracked it against someone's head. Cameron heard the screams from where he was, he closed his eyes and tried to ignore the sound. Cameron then heard footsteps heavily moving across the floor and then a door open and slam shut. He gasped and lowered the weapon so it was level and aimed around the room as he tried to make out his surroundings. He swallowed the lump in his throat.
"Don't do this, Jeremy" he whispered to himself. "Don't make me blow your fucking head off".
Cameron slowly tiptoed across the floor towards the stairwell where he was sure Jeremy was going to be waiting. He was trembling, his fingers clutched the weapon tightly as he tried to think of ways he could make it out of there alive without anybody else getting hurt. He heard another crash then more screams from above then a body came tripping down the stairs. He gasped and aimed at them and stumbled back, almost dropping the gun.
He shoved his trembling hands down into his pockets and wiped away the sweat that slid down his forehead. He heard glass shattering followed by the screams of the poor bastard who was running across the living room.
