Artemis' personality is cold and she is heartless when she kills her enemies yet that doesn't mean she has no emotions. She doesn't display them for the world to see because she dims them as a weakness, an advantage for her enemies to strike but whenever her brother Daisuke is the only person with her in the room, her eyes lit up with foreign emotions.
Whenever she speaks, her words are harsh and comes out as rude but it's meaningful. Artemis has a dry sense of humour and speaks sarcastically most of the time. She doesn't care about most things, never really paying attention to what's happening in the world and is stuck playing video games, watching anime or reading whatever comes to her hands.
Don't expect her to comfort you whenever your sad or upset. She would say something and walk off, leaving you to deal with the rest. Artemis isn't someone to sit around and pity party with anyone.
She enjoys the company of animals because they don't see her as monster but a friend for some unknown reason.
